After school they arrived at Mighty Med sitting in the break room doing homework.
"Hey did you get the math homework done?" Kaz asked his three other friends.
Evelyn looked at him, "Yep." She said, popping the 'P'. She passed him the homework.
"Thanks. Oh, and I wanted to ask you, when I told Stephanie that I'm with you why'd you play along?" Kaz asked.
"Five bucks." Evelyn simply replied, making him look at her puzzled.
"What?"
"Pay me five bucks," she repeated.
"But you already took twenty dollars!" He exclaimed.
Evelyn rubbed her neck, "In my defense, I don't get paid. Anyways, assuming you want me to keep up the whole dating act, pay me five dollars an hour."
"Deal."
"Great, then I guess we'll be keeping the act up all day." Evelyn smirked, making Kaz roll his eyes.
"I'm gonna be broke after this." Kaz complained.
"Oh shut up 'lovebirds' and tell me the answer to question 6." Skylar teased.

The next day at school, they were about to head to lunch, and Kaz and Oliver were planning on introducing Evelyn to Jordan.
"Ev, what are you doing?" Skylar asked.
She placed a piece of decorative to hold up a photo in her locker. "Locker decor. I have pictures of me and my sister, and some of Flame Thrower, also my sister."
Jordan walked over, Gus annoyingly following her. "Oh, Evelyn, this is Jordan. And Gus... I guess." Kaz introduced them.
"Hi, Jordan." Evelyn held a hand out to shake, as Jordan did so.
"Oh, hey I love your locker," Jordan stated, walking closer to it. "I love Flame Thrower! She's like my favorite superhero."
"Oh my gosh, same!"
"Ooh, and her sister. The Communicator. But their parents are... meh. Could be better at parenting."
"Talk about it, I've never had someone agree with me." Evelyn agreed. She looked past Jordan and Gus, to see a familiar face, her back turned, a phone to her ear and blonde locks.
"But, Mom, I can't go do that thing after school today, I need to stay after school for community service. But mom! Ugh, fine." The girl said, then hung up the phone, all of her friends staring at her.
Evelyn walked towards her, tapping her shoulder, "Pheebs!" She said, hugging her.
Phoebe gasped, "Sis! You're back at school, since when?"
"Like barely a week," Evelyn laughed. So, um, what was that about?"
"Tell you at lunch," the bell rang, "speaking of. Did you pack any lunch?"
"Yeah, the school lunch is gross." Evelyn replied, opening her locker to take her lunchbox.
They walked into the lunchroom, them taking a small round table in the corner. Evelyn opened the lunchbox, revealing all sorts of food, Evelyn asking, "So, what happened?"
"Basically Mom called me, and said I need to do this mission to capture a villain and all by myself. I said no, because I've been needing to do the community service for months and if I don't today, I get detention." Phoebe rambled.
"So, what are you gonna do?"
"Mom's gonna pick me up," she rolled her eyes. "But I'm still gonna fight her about it."
"Reasonable." Evelyn replied. Phoebe grabbed a lot of food, happily eating it.
"Sorry, I haven't eaten in like, three days." She said, making Evelyn's eyes widen. "Mom and Dad are saying that I'll get fat or something, but I'm not you know?"
"Woah. They've gotten really out of hand." Evelyn said, wide eyed. "Way more harsh than when we both lived with them."
