Divided [Itto x Gorou(trans)]

Chapter 5

Waking up the next morning letting out a big yawn Gorou would stretch out yet when he opens his eyes he sees Keiko on his lap as he brightly smiles down at her picking her up and presses a kiss between her small little horns "goodmorning beautiful. Did you sleep well?"
Keiko just looks up at him totally confused still not really understanding words as she just makes grabby hands for his ears.
Gorou chuckles softly and shakes his head.
"No no. My ears are very sensitive "

"And that is why only I can touch them" Itto spoke walking into the room carrying a tray of food and in the other is Akari.
As he stands besides Gorou he rubs between his ears which made Gorou let out a whimper before sitting besides him sitting Akari down on the ground.

Keiko pouts because she wants to touch his soft ears so instead she goes to her sister and touches her ears.
Akari just lets her as she pets her own tail because it is nice and soft which she likes.
"Breakfast looks amazing. You improved your cooking" Gorou smiles and starts to calmly eat it finding it tasting just fine...it was nothing exquisite but there is no need for that and besides. It is eatable so he isn't picky...he never really is when it comes to food.
"I might visit her excellency today and Kazuha with the kids."

"That is fine. I'll go to granny Oni and the gang. Besides I want to do something with the gang. Something fun! It has been a very long time since we have done anything together" he smiles brightly his fangs on display.

Hours later Gorou walks into the Tenryou commission complex holding Akari in his arms while Kazuha helps him by carrying Keiko.
Gorou stands infront of the cell with a hand on his hip and looks at Itto and the gang very unamused "fun huh?..."

"My looveeee~" Itto awkwardly got out before he clears his throat " it was something minor don't worry!"

Heizou who has been standing there for a while looks at Gorou while standing there with crossed arms "he burned a house down by accident while stealing from the owner of said house...the owner is disabled and needs a cane to walk as he is a ex-shogunate"

Gorou his eyes widen upon hearing this as he slowly turns to look at Itto who seems scared out of his wits knowing how scary Gorou can get when mad.
"Erm-..listen my sweet-...sweet-..."

"Why did you guys steal from a disabled man?! You didn't help to put the fire out?! Itto you don't have to steal anymore! You have a roof above your head. Two children. Me. Isn't that enough?" Gorou let's out a deep sigh and holds Akari close gently rubbing the back of her head to calm himself down knowing he can't be overly loud due to the kids. "What was going trough your head doing that?"

"In our boss his defen-..."

Gorou raises a hand signaling he wants to hear the reasoning from Itto and not of his gang members. He doesn't want them defending Itto or make up excuses... Itto is a grown man so he can defend himself.
"Soooooo-... I didn't steal for a long lonnngg time and-...heh" he awkwardly chuckles rubbing to back of his neck "I maybe wanted to know what it felt like again?" He said silently his voice high-pitched not knowing if be should say that yes or no "b-but! But! In my defense! We only stole a basked of fruits!"

Gorou facepalms letting out a deep sigh and he truely wonders if he should let Itto out for this yes or no or if he should just sit out his sentence. "Detective Heizou. Does the man have a home now? Or anywhere he can stay at?"

Heizou was busy entertaining the kids with funny faces but when asked something his green eyes look up at the Gorou who spoke to him. "Oh yes-... he will stay here until he is able to afford a new home."
