Co worker likes Tsukasa and rui and coworker is jealous because they are both going after tsucaca
Rui and Tsukasa both were mer people but then tsukasa dies and rui goes to a sea witch and asks to reincarnate Tsukasa and sea witch does and now he's a human but doesnt remember anything about past life and rui isn't allowed to directly tell him and rui spends ages trying to find where tsucaca is and finds him and tsucaca doesn't have a good family rui finds out scales on hands Bcz of plot purposes amd village calls him a demon and treats him like shit. Rui and Tsukasa talk Bcz he wants to hear tea about his old life and the two keep in an old river and then ruins tail dies and Tsukasa offers to help but ruis tail is sensitive and rui hair long Tsukasa offers to tie it and in mer culture that means 'please marry me.' And touching someone's tail means 'hey fuck me please I'm desperate' and then rui gets flusterd blah blah blah gays.
