Dark daughter ; Draco x y/n

TWENTY SIX

December 31st

There was a New Year's Eve party at the Parkinson's and me Draco and narcissa had been invited.

The attire was formal so I was wearing a floor length black dress with long sleeves and a slit down the side.

Draco had on an all back suit which he looked amazing in.

And narcissa was wearing a long black dress as well.

We arrived at the Parkinson's just after 7pm and we're greeted by Penelope and Richard Parkinson.

We were the first there.

Penelope brought us into the party room where pansy and her younger sister violet were filling champagne glasses.

"Hi pans" I said and her eyes lit up

She ran over wrapping her arms round my waist and pulling me in for a tight hug.

I winced slightly as my hip was still a little sore from my father.

"How was your Christmas?" She asked

"It was fine how about yours?" I asked

"Yeah it was good" she replied

The doorbell rang again and Penelope left to answer it.

Pansys little sister came up to me.

"Hi y/n!" She said with a smile

"Hi violet! Did you have a nice Christmas?" I asked her

"Yeah I got lots of presents!" She exclaimed

She was only 8 and very sweet.

Penelope Parkinson came back in followed by the nott's and zabini's.

I saw Theo walk in and rushed to see him.

He hugged me but it wasn't as tight as pansys so it didn't hurt.

"How's my favourite lady?" He asked

"Alright I guess" I replied

"What's up?" He asked

"My father the arsehole" I replied

"I'm sorry" he said

"It's not your fault Theo" I said

"I know but that doesn't mean I like knowing it's happened" he replied

I gave him a soft smile and we made our way to Draco, pansy and blaise.

Blaise was busy talking about his family's trip to Spain.

Draco wrapped his arm round me and kissed my cheek.

"Um did we miss something?" Pansy asked noticing

"Oh right we're back together" i replied unable to hide my smile.

"Really! That's amazing!" Pansy squealed

"Thanks pans" I replied.

The greengrasses were the next to arrive and daphne and Astoria came straight over to us.

"Astoria can we talk?" Draco asked her and she nodded

The two of them left the room.

I knew he was going to talk to her about getting back with me.

I didn't know how she would take it as I knew she liked him even if Draco didn't see it.

The averys and yaxleys were the last to arrive.

Alina joined the rest of us and Leo and his sister Amelia went over to violet and nia zabini.

Draco and Astoria returned and I could see by the look on Astorias face she wasn't happy.
