Ruby's POV:
I wake up with a massive headache, I look around and see that the man with the blue mask is at the end of my bed staring at me.
"Umm, hello? Umm it's EJ right? Do ya know were Annabeth is?"
"She's on a job," he said this like a casual thing like I new what it was, even though I didn't.
"Umm, what is 'A job' ?" He looked at me like I had 3 heads,
"Has no body told you?" He looked at me and leaned in closer, I backed away suprized that he was getting closer,
"Ummm," I looked at him with a questioning look,
"Ohh sorry," he backed away and began to speak,
"Well let me explain," he explained to me that it was sort of like a eren ya do for Slender, I understood what they were I just didn't understand why we had to do it, rather than him, but I dismissed the thought and realized that I was actually quite hungry. But I didn't want to say anything, to bother EJ,
"You must be hungry, how about we go down stairs to get something to eat," I agreed and I flung my legs weakly over the bed side, I felt so weak, and I had no idea why. I tried to stand up out of the bed, but I ended up just falling over, until someone stopped my fall, EJ, EJ put my arm over his shoulder to support me, he practically dragged me haft way down the hallway until he finally gave up and picked me up, we got at the bottom of the stairs and he continued to cary me to the kitien and sat me down in a chair.
"What do ya want to eat?" He said this as he walked to the fridge, he pulled out a bag of, well I don't know what, he sat them aside like he was going to eat that moutain of who knows what. He pulled out some frozen pizza, and I practically drooled at the sight of it. He took out two slices of chesse pizza, and sat them on a white plate, he walked over and sat it in front of me, I looked at him and said Thank You, but then I noticed that he looked like he was going to throw up, (you could tell because he had his hand over were his mouth would be)
"Are you alright EJ?" Then he turned around and grabed the counter and bent over looking like he was going to throw up dispite his mask. I ran over to EJ tripping while doing so, I stand in front of him trying to get his attention, but then he throws up right then and there, it's pretty late at night so I think everybody would be asleep, but apparently Slender herd, and I herd him running down the stairs, and it looked up and saw that he was right there in front of me. He seemed to be very suprized he turned his head toward EJ and then to me,
"He gave me some f-food and then h-he started to t-throw up," I was studdering because I was worried and suprized at what was happening, I was practically leaning on the counter because my legs were way to close to giveing out, and I didn't want to fall EJ, Slender explained to me that, EJ has been very sick, and they have no idea why, but then I thought over the sintuation at hand, well first of all, what was that weird substance in the bag he set aside? Was he going to eat that? I kept rethinking it over and over till I finally came to a conclusion,
"What is that weird substance in that bag?"
"K-kidneys " EJ said after he was done throwing up.
"Were you going to eat them?"
"Y-yes" I finally came to a point of realization,
"I know exactly what is wrong." Slender looked at me with a questioning atmosphere around him.
"Ok, let me explain, well first of all you eat kidneys, and you can get some really nasty diseases from doing that. A sign of this is when you see human food, you get sick to your stomach and throw up the left overs of the kidneys stuck in your stomach," they both stared at me like I had told them that I had broken into Fort Knox, we just stayed like that until I had decided that I had really wanted to eat my pizza, I stumbled over to the chair and sat down and started eating. I looked at EJ and him and Slender were just staring at me. Then EJ asked,
"Ummm, well, how does your head feel?"
