!Nova's POV!

"How are we going to find something in so many books?" Luke asked me and by his voice I can tell that he is thinking of this as a reckless idea.

"That man didn't just let us enter here without knowing is in here" I said.

"Come on"

"Where?"

"You find books related to the history of elementals or the last elementals or something and I'll find something unusual" I said and he nodded.

"Let's get to work"

We both separated our ways. I went to wander around looking at things kept which looked so old.

I stopped infront of a treasure box which was locked with a heavy looking lock.

I crouched down and touched it with my fingertips. I could feel the power in this library. The power of elements and sorcerers mixed. It felt so powerful, the elemental part of the vibrations in the room.

They sent chills down my spine, making me shudder. I got up and passed the box seeing swords, clothes and even plates and spoons kept.

I walked and walked and walked but the library never seemed to come to an end.

I frowned looking back to see the box i first passed was not even in my eyesight anymore.

"Magic" I whispered, sighing to myself looking at the watch to see that it is 6:00 a.m. already and my eyes have started to feel heavy.

I continued walking when I heard a whisper.

"Nova"

As soon as I heard the whisper I turned around sharply looking around to see anyone but there was no one.

My eyebrows knitted in confusion and...... fear as i continued to look around.

"Who's there?!" I exclaimed but I didnt got any reply.

I looked around once again before sighing and turning to continue to walk, trying to find an end of this godforsaken library.

!Luke's POV!

I sighed looking at Nova walking without any care in the world.

Why the hell am I even helping her when i know this..... Well till now everything has been twisted so I cannot even judge if she is just mental.

Maybe I'm stupid.

I hummed turning around and going through the long line of the books lined up.

"How am I going to find the book" I whispered with my fingers rubbing my chin.

There are no labels and I don't think they are organized or something.

Let's just walk through and see if I can find something.

I started to walk looking around and taking in the eerily feeling and silence around me.

Come to think of it, i cannot even hear a light movement in air, it's just me and my breathing. My steps echoing and my breathing filling my surrounding.

"This is for our society" My eyes widened at the whisper and I turned around sharply my hand finding it's way to the knife Nova gave to me.

"Who's there?" I am damn sure i heard someone but now no one answered, I didn't got any reply.

My surroundings are clear and again im engulfed with utter silence, I couldn't even hear my own breathing as it has been stopped.

I let out the breath that was struggling to get out of my lungs and I sucked in fresh air that my lungs craved.
