"Clara. Oh Clara darling wake up." A woman is speaking to me and when I open my eyes, I'm not in the Tardis.

"Ah great. I was beginning to think you would never come through." The woman in the purple dress walks around the desk in front of me. A quick look around tells me I'm in an office, and I'm sitting in a chair. And there is no Doctor.

"Where is the Doctor?" The last thing I remember was letting go of the railing. Now I'm in a completely different place?

"How sweet of you to ask." Her
mouth stretchs into a thin red liped smile that is more creepy than reassuring. "Your boyfriend is alive and well. You on the other hand are dead." Dead? She isn't serious.

"Oh I am very serious Clara."

"I don't believe you." Did she just read my mind?

"You will. You can't deny what's in front of your eyes." She makes a sweeping gesture out to the rest of the room which is all white and angles.

"Which is what exactly?"

"Well this is heaven and I am God. But you can call me Missy."
I didn't notice before how cold it is. I wrap my arms around my body, trying to process what she is telling me but it just isn't going through.

"Sorry, I'm going to need more proof than that," I state.

"Alright. Place your hand on your heart." Reluctantly I do what she says and gasps. If you can even call it that. To gasp I need to breath in air which I'm clearly not doing because my heart isn't beating.
