Tom used his abilities to hack into security to make the door become weaker.
He busted down the door right as his armour activated he impaled some skull while mauling the rest making a horrific scene he proceed to smash everything in the lab before he glowed fully white and exploded most of the poeples brains in the lab without even seeing them he then stopped glowing and let out some face huggers which roamed around the lab attaching onto the scientists to start a xenomorph population in the lab.
Tom then teleported to his day to then send him into a test room where all of Tom's forms would rip his farther to shreds as Tom laughed like a maniac.
Tom then left the lab after killing explorers, looking around the lab.
