Aaron sighed, as they walked along the street, looking for any signs of his sister. Mable felt terrible for him. His sister was missing! How could that be easy for him? "How you doing?" Mable asked, feeling terrible for him.
"I'm fine.." he sighed. "At least I got you here, right? It's.. it's really great having someone here to comfort me.."
"That's what friends are for." Mable smiled. For a split second, Aaron looked purely heart broken, but he went back to just plain sad. "Mable.. you're so kind.. and happy.. how do you do it? How do you not want to just snap people's heads off half the time?"
"That would be gross! There would be blood, and bones goin all over, and I bet their brain would just go, pop! And then brains would go everywhere, and I'd be arrested for murder! I don't want that." Mable giggled. Aaron smiled. "Never change, Mabel Podds. Never change."
"I wasn't planning to." She shrugged. Aaron stared into her eyes for a few seconds, and she felt a weird sensation in her chest. Gosh, I gotta talk to a doctor about this! Why do I keep feeling so weird when I talk to Aaron? She thought. "Okay, so-"
Aaron was cut off by his phone. He grabbed it, and his face went pale. "HOLY FREAKING MOTHER OF JESUS!"
"Aaron! Watch your language-"
Mable caught a glimpse of who was calling. "HOLY CHEESE NUGGETS! Pick it up!!" She demanded. Aaron answered, in panic, and put it on speaker. Mable could hear someone breathing shakily. "Hello!?" Aaron commanded.
"Aaron!" Mackie gasped. "I need you to listen very carefully, okay?" She whimpered.
"Yes, yes, say whatever you need!" Aaron choked.
"Listen, there's this freaky guy with a dog mask, he's sayin' he's looking for people. I don't know who, but please be careful! Now, listen, I managed to find out where I am, and so I'll give you my coordinates. Listen carefully."
Mackie shared the coordinates of where she was, and Mable wrote down everything. "We're going to find you! Stay where you are, and stay safe!" Mable instructed. Mackie suddenly hung up. "At least we know she's alive.." Mable muttered. Aaron stared at his phone. "Aaron, say something!"
Mable snapped her fingers in his face, and he looked at her, startled. "What do we do?" He muttered.
"We find out where those coordinates lead to, and we go there, armed, and we get Mackie." Mable directed. Aaron nodded.
"Alex, Jack!" Mable shouted, as they ran up to the two blondes.
"Yeah?" Jack giggled, looking like he was about to burst into a bawl of laughter.
"We got coordinates of where Mackie is, and so were going back to the dorm to find where that is, and we'll tell you where to go, and you find the place, okay?"
"Sounds like a plan." Alex nodded, holding back giggles. Mable and Aaron ran back to the room, and Mable was very excited. She always wanted to be a detective, so this was perfect!
Mable and Aaron quickly sat on the bed, and searched up the coordinates. "25th street, Cumberland avenue, address 81." Mable confirmed. "That's back in town!"
"Perfect, Adam and Julie are there!" Aaron gasped.
"Yeah, perfect!" Mable piped.Sorry this part is so short, I really had to get something in someone else's POV before I could get them to contact Alex and Jack. Heh, I also have a friend waiting for me to write more 😅 hope you understand!
