Julie, Adam, and Alex all went back to high school, and Ashley made her way into their friend group, not as someone's boyfriends' second girlfriend, and Jack came back to school a couple of days after them. Alex and Jack continued to keep their secret about their kiss, and Julie and Adam were happier than ever, and in love.
Mable headed back to college, and Mackie headed back home, so Aaron came to visit Mable every day and kept her company. Aaron and Mable were just friends, although Aaron definitely wanted more.
Josh was arrested, and a funeral was held for Ashley's friend, Michaela.
All in all, it was a happily ever after in this life of a teenage hero.
