Chapter 4 Andrew

It was sometime around noon when i walked out of a restaurant with a full and satisfied stomach. Since i still have plenty of things i could do before it was finally time for me to go to the castle, i decided to take a lunch first in a cheap and nearby restaurant called Terastaurant. I ordered a Roasted duck and a Piña colada for the lunch and the food didn't disappoint me despite it being cheap. It was delicious. Moreover, It wasn't only the food that didn't disappoint me but also the place, the restaurant was cleaner and tidier than i expected it to be which made me like the place even more.

I'll definitely come back here.

With a satisfied expression on my face, I looked around the lively street to look for my friend but didn't find any sign of him anywhere. Owen and I was on our way to the restaurant to eat lunch when i noticed that my friend was no longer following me after Wendy came back to its item. Worried about Owen disappearance, I searched for my missing friend but decided to just let it go soon after as i thought he might have suddenly changed his mind on our way. It was one of Owen's habit, most of the time when we were supposed to go somewhere together, he would suddenly disappear without letting me know. I questioned my friend about it before and recieved an answer that he changed his mind on our way and forgot to inform me about it. It was obvious for me that Owen wasn't telling the truth but i didn't question him any further, knowing that he would tell another lie if i kept pushing the question.

I wonder what time is it now.

Curious on how many time left i have, I asked an old man that was standing right in front of a building that were just few blocks next to the restaurant. It had lots of decorated items such as piggy bank, bug net, rope, copper axe, copper pickace and many other more. The building must be a shop or something, then the old man is probably a merchant. "Excuse me sir, may i know the time."

The white-bearded old man, wore a brown jacket with a grey tshirt underneath it. He also wore an ascot cap that suits him a lot. Upon hearing me, the man had a huge smile on his face as he looked at his watch, "Ah it's currently 2:14pm, young lady. If you don't mind, would you like to look around my sh-"

"Thanks sir, but i have important matters to attend to. Maybe next time." With that, i hurriedly walk straight to the castle. If i heard the merchant right, then I only have 16 minutes before the meeting with the king starts. I must hurry and come at the right time.

I passed by a bunch of famous building, fancy-looking shops and even Owen's bar but i didn't bother looking inside to look for my friend as i might get late. I shouldn't be late to the meeting because if some people saw me entering the castle late despite getting an order to come before 2:30pm, then they might think i am disrespecting the king. There were some annoying merchant who tried talking to me to advertise the items they are selling but i just completely ignored them and walked hurriedly straight to the castle. I don't know how long it will take for me to reach the destination so i speed up my pace a little, before i knew it, my walk turned into a run.

I was getting close to the castle when someone stopped me out of no where. "Didn't i told you to be careful on your way miss? You were just about to bump in to me again." The person who speak was none other than the man i met yesterday while i was on my way to my house.

"Ah, sorry." I said, scratching the back of my head out of embarrassment for almost bumping in to him again.

"You were going to the castle, right? There's no need for the rush miss, even if you walk slowly, you will reach the castle just in time."

"Ho-how did you know I were going to the castle?"

"Ah, forgive my rudeness. My name is Andrew, i am the one who was asked by the King to deliver the message of invitation to some terrarians, like you." Said the guy with a smile, reaching out his hand for a handshake.

"Hm? Is that so...? Ah... I-i'm Amber..."

Question of the day: What is the most goofy or funny thing have you ever seen/experience in terraria?

Author's Note: Sorry for the short chapters, I'm having a hard time writing and finding the best word/sentence to describe the exact scenario so I'll write little by little for now. Don't worry, the chapter will gradually get longer as i get used to writing, hopefully. Also, the next chapter might take few days before its get out since I'm still trying to figure out on how a King speak.
