I lay in bed with the curtains closed and the lights off as my head throbs. Its been about 2 months since i started having chemo and my health just keeps getting worse. I keep getting migranes that keep me in bed all day. If I eat I throw up. If I don't eat I throw up. However on my good days I tell Morticia to invite as many people around as possible and I spend all my time with raven.

I hear the door open but I keep my eyes closed. "Shes..having a bad day again so I won't be in Rissa..I know..I will..thankyou bye" tish whispers before putting her phone down. The bed sinks next to me and I feel Morticia's arm snaking around my waist.

I roll over and I place my head on Morticia's chest "I have..chemo in an hour". "I know..but let's just..stay like this for a while" She kisses me gently as I relax against her. I've noticed since I've had the diagnosis if Morticia is with me she likes to keep a hand on me at all times. Its like she's afraid that if she's not touching me ill fade away.

"Stronger" i hear a voice whisper in my head. I look up at Tish and I frown "Did you..say something?". She shakes her head and kisses me lightly. I groan when the voice shouts "STRONGER". "Whats wrong my love?..do you need more tablets?" Tish asks sitting up   and keeping a hand on mine. I shake my head and I sit up "N...nope..I need to get changed".

The whole ride to the hospital i stay silent and I keep my eyes closed. I keep hearing the voice shouting stronger making my headache worse. We get put of the car and Tish helps me walk to the Cancer ward. The doctor walks over to us and smiles "Nyx hi...how are you today?".

I shake my head and I look down. "Todays one of her bad days again" Tish says for me running her hand through my hair. I look up at the doctor as "Stronger" rings out in my head "I...need a stronger dose..". I feel Morticia squeezing my side slightly and I lean into her.

"You realize this will make your symptoms stronger..don't you?" The woman asks. I nod "I know but..I feel this is what I need to..get rid of the cancer". I sit in the chair and I stay silent as the process is started.

I start to feel dizzy and I squeeze morticia's hand. She looks at me for a few seconds before nodding at me. She gets up and carefully moves me. She sits on the recliner chair with me and wraps her arms around me. I rest my head on her chest as she hums to soothe me.

After an hour Tish helps me to the car and she drives us back to nevermore. She takes us back to the apartment and lays me on the sofa. I pass out as soon as my head hits a pillow.

I wake up to the sound of Raven running around. I smile slightly when I hear her repeating "Mama" over and over again. The door opens and Raven runs in. She climbs on the bed and I roll onto my back. She sits on my stomach and smiles at me "Mama!".

I look towards the door when it opens more and Tish walks in "My little bat..I told you to leave Mama to rest". Raven lays on me with her head on my chest. I wrap my arms around her as i speak "Honey..shes fine..". Tish rushes over to me and cups my face in her hands "Mon cheri your awake...you have been asleep for two days love".

I look at her shocked "O..oh..um..". She sits on the edge of the bed and kisses me gently. I look down at Ray as she plays with my necklace Morticia got me the day she was born "I need a new necklace..one with her enitial on". 

She nods and stand up "ill get you one my love..come on Ray". I shake my head and I sit up "I..wanna have her today..ill go sit with larissa just incase..". Tish sighs and nods "Call me if you need anything Amour". I kiss her and I watch as she leaves.

I look towards Raven and she smiles at me "Why don't we gets you changed and we will go to see auntie Larissa?". She nods and climbs down off my bed. She rushes to her room and I follow behind her slowly. I get her changed and I take her down to Larissa's office.

I sit in a chair for the next 3 hours as I watch my daughter sits on Larissa's knee and draws. I start feeling dizzy and I get ready to rush to the bathroom. I gasp as my head flies back and a bright light shines.

I sit in a doctors office grasping onto Morticia's hand. In this vision I feel..stronger. I look over to a little table and a 2 year old Raven sits at it colouring. The door opens and I look towards it. The doctor looks happy. "I have some brilliant news. We ran test after test and Nyx...your cancer free" she tells me. Tish hugs me tightly "Mon cheri...thats amazing!".

My head falls forward and I smile at Larissa. "Another vision? I thought those stopped" She asks. I nod "They did...a few days ago. When I had chemo two days ago I heard a voice..telling me I needed it stronger. Then..I had a vision of..me getting told I'm cancer free. Thats in about 7 or 8 months".

The door opens and I look towards it at Tish walks in "Hey honey". "Hi my love....you seem happy. I got you a gift" she says. She swipes her hand over my eyes for me to close them and I do I feel her placing something around my neck then she moves her hands away "open amour".

I smile "oh tish..its lovely. My two girls will be with me always". She leans down and kisses me before sitting down next to me.
