"For the rest of class I want you to meet your small groups. You'll be with them for the rest of the year." Mr. Syklots said. He blinked his single eye at Silhouette's class (His other eye was covered with an eyepatch). Silhouette slumped. She pulled her conical over her forehead, and then walked to the corner to meet her new group.
She recognized the ghost dog who Luna had helped, but not anyone else. There was a shiny silver lion, a coiled up snake, and another cat, who was a tan-ish color. "Hii!" The cat said to Silhouette. "I'm Burrito Catito! You can call me Tito! I have a sister, her name's Quesadilla! But her nickname's Quesa! I'm here to learn about gemstones and stuff!"
"I'm Dice!" The ghost dog said.
The lion dipped his head. "My name's Brrrickopper! Three Rs, two Ps! I was made with magic and love history! This snake is my best friend, Glint. He doesn't talk much, and is kinda sneaky. He's a hypnotizer."
Silhouette, who was just beginning to admire the beauty of his scales, instantly looked away. "Um, hi," she said. "I'm Silhouette. Uh, call me Sil. I'm here to learn about magic." To her relief, the bell rang.
