Silhouette landed silently in the grass of the courtyard. She didn't have much time to search. Luna and Leafy had probably already found their first clues, and she had an idea where to find hers. She entered the shed in the edge of the lawn and found a key. It was tied to a paper that read, "To unlock the map." She quickly unlocked the case she'd been given, and unrolled the map that was inside. It was a simple map of the school grounds, with a small note stitched on the bottom left corner with a small 'x'.

The note simply read" Key" and showed the symbols for things like mountains and trees. Before she got a good look at the map, a bat suddenly flew from the darkness of the shed and out the door, raising the hair on Silhouette's back. "Bats," she muttered.Suddenly, a swarm of black birds flew into the shed, tore the map from Silhouette's paws, and left only the note with the map key on it. "Birds! Come back here!" She hissed.

She let out an annoyed growl before turning to the slip of paper. "Where could it be?" She wondered aloud. "Her eyes fell on the word. Key. And then it clicked. Silhouette grabbed a copy of the school map and put the note over it. The stitched 'x' landed right over the old storehouse. "X marks the spot."
