Lady Asteria's POV
I flashed to Camp Half-Blood, to find Percy. My champion.A while ago, I selected him to be my champion (or soldier, you could say) because he is a skilled warrior.
I walked up to his cabin, Cabin 3, nodding my head as an acknowledgment to all the demigods who were bowing for me.
I gently knocked on his cabin door. But to my surprise, no response came.
He could've been sleeping.
I then opened the door to the cabin, to find it empty. I frowned. Where is Percy? He should be here.
Perhaps he's at the arena, practicing his swords fighting.
When I went to the arena, I saw it empty other than a few demigods sitting on the ground, talking with each other.
I, then, flashed to Olympus, and called for Iris, whom appeared in front of me immediately.
"Lady Asteria" She said, then proceeded to bow.
"Rise," I said, to which she did. "Iris can you find out where Perseus, son of Poseidon is?"
She nodded. Her eyes began to shimmer with color. After a while, the shimmer died and so did the color.
Strange. Iris' color never dies. She is always colorful and positive.
Her eyes then widened in fear and also shock.
"Iris, what has happened to the boy?" I asked, now worried about what has happened to Percy.
"M-my Lady. The b-boy is in the d-darkest part of the U-underworld. T-tartarus." She said, fear slowly creeping up, into her, almost swallowing her alive.
My eyes widened. Why is Percy in Tartarus? The gods, they didn't send him there, right?
I then ordered the other goddess to leave, which she complied.
I started fuming with anger. My eyes started glowing dangerously bright. My anger was controlling me, it made the stars so bright that they could be seen in broad daylight.
I slowly started to calm down. But how could I? My champion was missing.
Nico's POV
I woke up to see Percy still sleeping. I smiled to myself and went to get ready. After a while, I went downstairs to go check on the others, only to find a bunch of chaos.
Bianca, Charles, Michael and Luke were laughing loudly. Zoe, Lee and Silena were trying to hold back their laughter. While Ethan and Castor were just on the floor, laughing like maniacs.
"What in Tartarus happened here?" I asked.
Bianca, still laughing replied, "T-the gods! T-their so s-tupid!"
"I know they are, Bia. But what have they done to make you laugh so much?" I once again asked them.
"A-asteria! S-she thinks t-that the g-gods sent P-percy to Tartarus!" Luke replied, laughing even louder.
I chuckled, "Are they really that stupid?"
Lee and Charles nodded ecstatically, to which Silena just burst out laughing and Zoe giggled a bit.
All the commotion in the room just so happened to wake up a specific son of Nyx.
Percy drowsily rubbed his eyes from the top of the stairs and yelled, "Why are you laughing so much?"
Silena yelled back, "Asteria thinks that the gods have sent you to Tartarus."
"I thought Lady Asteria was smarter than that! And again, why would the gods send me to Tartarus?" Percy replied, walking down the stairs.
"Mornin' Perce." Bianca replied.
"How come you say 'good morning' to him but not your own brother?" I asked.
"I mean..this is not the first time she's done something like that." Percy said, sitting down on the couch in the middle of the room, where the others were.
"Really?" Luke perked up, while Bianca just snorted.
"Yeah, it happened when we were inside the Labyri-" Percy slowly continued until he felt a pair of rough lips on his own.
"Let's not finish that, shall we?" I said, breaking off the kiss.
"What happened in the Labyrinth?" Luke asked, unbothered about how me and Percy just kissed.
"I'll tell you later, Should we send some attacks to the demigod camp?" Bianca suggested.
"Yeah, sure. Just a little warning. We'll get more recruits while we're at it anyway." I agreed with my sister.
"Are we coming there too?" Ethan asked, clearly interested in joining.
"Why not?" I replied. "We'll send and attack this evening. We're all going except Percy."
"Why can't I come?" Percy pouted.
"That is true. Percy was the best swordsman at Camp." Silena chimed in.
"I don't want to risk losing him yet" I said.
Yes, it was true. Percy was quite good with a sword but we've only just united again. I don't want to lose him like I did before.
Lee nodded, supporting my decision.
"The gods will soon come to Tartarus themselves. We can always send attacks or imprison them." Lee added.
I smirked at the thought. The gods come looking for my Percy? That would open up a lot of possibilities.
"Luke, Silena, and Charles. Do me a favor," I pointed towards them and said.
"Instead of attacking," I told everyone. "We could always have some spies gather information."
Silena shuddered at the word 'spy' but decided to accept the mission anyways. Luke just smirked in response, which I knew was a agreement.
"Can we get more recruits while we're at it?" Charles asked, hopefully.
I nodded my head in response.
"You three can come to my office later to get your identities." I said, pointing at Selina, Charles and Luke.
Everyone then slowly but surely left the room, leaving me and Percy the only ones there.
"Darling, soon we're gonna rule this world together. And no one can stop us." I said, planting a small kiss on his cold cheeks.
Percy just smiled at me in response and grabbed my warm hands.
"Yes, we will." He said softly.
His every word made me crazy. Oh fates, what did I do to deserve such a sweet angel like him.
I then grabbed his hand and planted a kiss there, to which he giggled and blushed a pale shade of pink.
Life was going absolutely perfect with Percy right beside me.
