"𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐁𝐀𝐓 training. Threw, two, one." The computer spoke as Superboy and Kaldur started sparring. Though Kaldur was the only person wearing his suit.
"Kaldur's, uh, nice, don't you think?" Artemis questioned M'gann. Lily knew exactly what was happening. They both had a crush on the same guy and were trying to get the other off from him without hurting feelings, "Handsome. Commanding. You should totally ask him out."
"He's like a big brother to me. But you know who would make the cutest couple? You and Wally." The three looked over to notice him aggressively chomping on a burrito, "You're so full of passion, and he's so full of.. uh, of..."
"It?" Lily finished with a questioning tone, making the three laugh. Superboy grabbed Kaldur and threw him to the ground.

"Black Canary taught me that," Superboy said with a slightly mocking tone. The hatch in the ceiling opened up as Red Tornado flew down, Wally immediately speeding over.
"Do you have a mission for us?"
"Mission assignments are The Batman's responsibility," He replied, as he usually did.
"Yeah, well, The Batman's with The Robin doing the dynamic duo thing in Gotham. But you're headed somewhere, right? Hot date or a-a mission?" Wally asked as he pointed finger guns at Tornado.
"If we can be of help," Kaldur explained more formally.
Tornado turned around and pulled some images on the computer, "This is Kent Nelson, a friend. He is 106 years old."
"Guy doesn't look a day over 90," Wally whispered, receiving an elbow to the ribs from Lily.
"And he has been missing for 23 days," Tornado continued. "Kent was a charter member of the Justice Society, the precursor to your mentor's Justice League."
"Of course. Nelson was Earth's sorcerer supreme. He was Doctor Fate," Kaldur realized.
"More like Doctor Fake," Wally scoffed. "Guy knows a little advanced science and 'dumbledores' it up to scare the bad guys and impress the babes."
