As they arrived at the restaurant to join their circle for lunch, the couple found themselves seated across from Seungcheol and Stella. "Why are you two late?" Jeonghan playfully quirked an eyebrow, teasing. "Well, I got a bit carried away with my makeup. Lost track of time, I guess." Isla responded with a sheepish smile. But Jeonghan, always quick to seize a comedic moment, decided to take things up a notch by throwing out a question that left everyone's jaws hanging.

"I passed by your room, and I heard noises that aren't appropriate." Wonwoo suddenly burst the water he was drinking, leading to a flustered Isla handing him a box of tissues. Sitting next to Jeonghan, Joshua froze in disbelief at his friend's audacity.

"Jeonghan!" Blair's tone carried a scolding note as she swatted at his arm, evoking an adorable whine. Isla, feeling the heat of embarrassment rise to her cheeks, hastened to explain, "It's not what you think!" Her wide eyes turned toward her brother, who remained motionless.

But the truth was undeniable. Isla's face turned a deep shade of red as the realization set in that their covert activities hadn't been as discreet as they had imagined. Wonwoo, ever the showman, defused the tension with a grin and an announcement that electrified the atmosphere: "By the way, we're officially dating now." The revelation was met with gasps and congratulatory cheers, though the male members of the group still sported expressions of shock.

"Crazy, absolutely crazy!" Soonyoung managed to blurt out, a combination of amazement and humor lighting up his features. The girls chimed in with their well wishes, while the stunned men struggled to wrap their minds around the rapid turn of events.

Blushing, Isla gave a shy smile, her heart full of gratitude for the support. "Shall we order now that everyone's here?" Stella cleverly redirected the conversation, eliciting unanimous agreement. "Definitely, let's eat!"

"Soonyoung, I swear to God if you splash water on me for the second time. I'll bury you alive!" Soonyoung provoked Cyra with a splash of salt water, earning himself a daring threat. But his second splash hit its mark, stinging Cyra's eye. Amid their bickering, Isla found herself laughing at their antics. Taking advantage of the distraction, Wonwoo swooped in, sweeping Isla up by her waist and playfully depositing her on his shoulder. Laughter and a playful smack on her butt echoed as Isla exclaimed, "Wonwoo!"

In the spirit of retaliation, Isla's legs kicked in protest, but she was no match for Wonwoo's playful determination. A delighted squeal erupted from her when he dropped her on the cold water, causing her to protest in mock outrage. The scene transitioned to a mischievous chase, as Isla sought retribution for her drenching in the cool embrace of the waves.

As the sun dipped beneath the horizon, a tranquil mood settled upon the sandy gathering. Cyra, seated next to Stella, took a contemplative sip of her beer, sighing contentedly. Her words broke the peaceful silence, directed at Isla with a gentle smile, "I'm grateful we've crossed paths with someone like you."

A rosy flush colored Isla's cheeks as she reciprocated the sentiment, her voice carrying a touch of shy sincerity, "I feel the same way, Cyra." Blair, ever the curious one, shifted her focus to Avianna. "What about you, Avianna? When will Seokmin propose?" Blair questioned. "I don't know. I'm still waiting for him to propose. We've been together for almost three years, and he promised me that he'd marry me. I don't know when though." Avianna's pouty response, filled with anticipation, evoked a collective empathetic pout from the group.

"Seokmin will propose soon. I've known him for years, and trust me, he's crazy about you," Isla offered, her reassurance aiming to boost Avianna's spirits. A small, hopeful smile graced Avianna's lips, and she expressed her thanks with a soft gaze.

"I heard you're releasing a book in December, just two months away. What's it about?" Eyes dancing with curiosity, Stella couldn't resist her inquiry directed at Isla. "The book draws inspiration from my brother's love story, but it takes a twist towards a happy ending. I plan to gift him the first copy, hoping it'll resonate with him and Elyse, the woman he loves. She's been a fan of my work for a while." Isla's response was tinged with fondness and intention.

Amid the nods of approval, Cyra chimed in with a heartfelt sentiment, "Joshua is lucky  to have a sister like you." Isla lets out a chuckle, shaking her head as she says.

"No, he's not. I'm the one who is lucky to have a brother like him."
