Say "I love you" is about a very persistant and quiet girl named Tachibana Mei. She had a very bad past with friends so she always wanted to be alone. One day Mei was wakking up the stairs and then a boy trys to see under her skirt until.. She kicks him but accidently hits a boy named Yamato. Yamato was one of the most popular guys. Yamato for some reason seems to be interested with Mei. After school Yamato talks to Mei and asks to trade numbers. Mei refuses. But Yamato gave Mei his number to her anyways. Mei works at a bakery shop after school everyday. But one night she is walking home and realizing someone is following her. That person was a regular customer at the bakery she works at. So she runs to the convience store and calls for help. But her mother wouldn't pick up. She had no choice but to call Yamato.
