Albert wandered on up to the door to where Foch was staying, and knocked, and soon enough, there was a response, but it was Algérie who opened the door for him. He was a little surprised, but not displeased- The two of them did live together, so she might know what Foch had in mind, plus Algérie was known to be a pleasant sort of person in general. So, if he had to wait for Foch, spending time with Algérie wasn't going to be a poor use of his time. Algérie smiled. "Oh, you're here for Foch? She was a bit delayed in getting back home after meeting the commander, so she's still getting ready. You can have a seat, if you like."

"I think I will." Albert walked, in, and had a seat on a comfy couch- while Albert has made part of his quarters into a workspace for the times he needed to do things in his room, the Iris apartments were all about making it clear that this was a place one went when work was over. There was nothing really business about it, with its comfy furniture and vibrant furnishings. This was a home, and not a place of business except under the most special circumstances. "I don't mind waiting a little while, there's still plenty of time."

Algérie smiled. "I'm glad you understand. Foch was looking forward to this, too, you know, seeing as she's otherwise busy helping the commander out with that little mission that's underway." She sat down opposite him. "But I wonder why you asked her on a date to begin with? You are aware of how you may appear at times."

"...Not like someone who would get along with Foch." He nodded. "I have my dedication to my duty, certainly, and an awareness of the needs of my position." He put his hands in his lap. "...But it became very clear that I can't ignore my personal needs for any longer, nor can ignore the help that others offer me..." He looked Algérie in the eyes. "Even though I'm certain that I can't be like the commander or others who can seemingly win the affection of everyone..."

Algérie giggled. "...You still want to have some of that for your own. I think that you happen to be in the right place for it. After all, you seem to have attracted some attention. And you can't deny you've fallen for Foch at least a little, am I right?"

"...No. Denying that would be a waste of time." He nodded. "...I would like to spend more time with her, and them, for reasons that have nothing to do with us being part of the same organization, only because I..." He was at a loss for words.

Algérie smiled. "I understand. If you're going out with Foch, it might be nice for you to buy her something she clearly wants. She likes it when people engage with what she likes. It doesn't even have to be much." The cruiser giggled. "Of course, seeing as you're also seeing Prinz Eugen, and maybe everyone else who was with you on that beach... You seem interested in keeping quite a lovely little following~"

Albert blushed at the tease, and then Foch came out- she was dressed in a white sweater that was off her shoulders, exposing her bra straps and some of her cleavage, as well as a pair of quite short, quite tight black leather shorts, along with a thigh strap that held one of her knives. "It's not like it's strange or unexpected. He's still a young man far away from home, and there are so many beautiful girls here that it'd be odd if he only fell in love with one. Even the commander said that when he first got here, it felt like every day he'd meet someone new that made his heart race like a galloping horse."

Algérie chuckled. "And you don't mind sharing him?"

Foch smiled. "I don't think we're really competing over him- If anything, we're working together. Also, you know I don't mind hanging around other girls, either." She walked over to stand in front of him, putting on a big smile. "Anyway, sorry to keep you waiting, sometimes it's tough for a girl to pick out the right thing to wear. Don't worry, though, I'll make it up to you by making sure we have a super fun time~ ♪ ."
