After the plates were taken away by the maids, not without receiving a warm 'thankyou' from the doctor and a silent stare from the lord, the oils he had bought at the market were brought to the master bedroom. Dan looked as the lord watched him clueless on top of his bed, only covered by a cloth on his crotch, waiting silently as the ladies left. He reminded him of those awkward kids in class he used to hang out with Chae-Yeong: they were socially immature in some ways he had seen Jaekyung act. But as of now, he could only think of his attitude: He threatened him, ignored him for days, healed his wound, acted interested in his life, and now wanted the therapy with a high probability of sex afterwards. Almost as if he wasn't there against his will and was a guest like he had asked just earlier that day.

Is that why he was acting so charming suddenly? Perhaps he should've asked for a better treatment from the beginning. Dan looked at him and once the ladies left, he cleared his throat, trying to not have a shaky voice whenever he spoke to him that night. But how could he not sound nervous when Jaekyung was looking at him like that and undressed like that? It would be tough to not focus on anything else that night, but he had to put his part in making his new deal work. He took a deep breath, and stretched his muscles for a moment.

―Lie down, Lord Joo...

―I thought we had agreed on 'my lord', healer ―Jaekyung commented as he raised his eyebrow, crossing his arms.

―I thought we had agreed on Doctor.

―I never agreed to that.

―Neither did I. ―The doctor crossed his arms too, imitating the lord.

The doctor looked at Jaekyung as he stared at him with slanted eyes, laying down on the bed slowly, paying close attention to the doctor as he rubbed his hands with some of the oils. Dan saw the lord lying down and when his hands warmed up, he looked at his body taking notes of it. He knew the lord was well built, but under the candlelight he was a piece of art taken out of a text book, an exposition of every single muscle he'd ever studied at school. Dan took a deep breath, trying to not look at his pectorals for too long. The lord was laying down in his bed, and even if his eyes were closed, Dan knew the Lord was very aware of every movement he made.

―Is there a specific part hurting you, Lord? ―The doctor asked, hoping to release some of his own tension.

―My right shoulder. It's been bugging me since the training session.

Dan nodded and moved over to where the Lord had told him. He placed his hands in his shoulders and started moving them, sensing some stress knots in his upper side. He walked his hands whenever he felt them necessary, feeling his muscles tensing and relaxing as the lord's breathing got calmer. His eyes were still closed, and for Dan that was a relief. He kept on his movements, passing those massages down his arms, looking at his muscles as they shined with the oils, an exquisite smell now surrounding them. 'It's just another patient' Dan was telling himself, perhaps to not think too much about it.

Some of his patients used that time of the therapy to rest, take a nap and the extroverted ones usually vented as he was massaging them, but this one in particular was just silent with his eyes closed. He looked relaxed, the most he had ever seen him since he arrived to that year, whatever year it was. Had he been born in his time, he could've taken over the world based on his beauty alone... Dan profusely shook his head. He had to leave sooner rather than later that place, before his mind slipped again.

His hands traveled down in his chest, massaging his pectoral muscles as he held his own breath, paying close attention to the lord's reactions, but he only sighed occasionally and told him whenever something felt nice or not. He just hoped he wasn't feeling a lot of pain, although he presumably did, given that he agreed in the first place to do the therapy...
