Aizawa sighed as he walked inside. As he thought, all of 1A was waiting inside, though by this point, they had all collapsed around the living room, unable to stay up so late.

Mina was sleeping at the table when her head fell from her hand and hit against the table, snapping her awake. "Ow, that hurt." She frowned, rubbing her forehead before looking around, her eyes catching Aizawa. "Mr Aizawa! Did you hear something?! What the time?!" Mina looked for a clock when her heart stopped. It was 3 in the morning. It has been 17 hours since Akiko was taken away.

The other students awoke, hearing the commotion. Uzu arrived in Aizawa's personal space first. "Please tell me, she's alive, right? She's alive?"

Mr Aizawa sighed, rubbing his head. "I wanted to tell you in person before you found out on the news."

Uzu shook his head as he fell backwards, only to be caught by Momo and Jiro.

"Ueda's head injury was more serious than we thought. According to the doctor, she fell onto her head on a point that was already weak from an accident that happened when she was a kid. Her brain started bleeding, and they did all they could to close the haemorrhage, but they couldn't stabilise her. They finally called it about half an hour ago."

Uzu let out a cry, shaking his head in denial. Aoyama covered his mouth, stepping back as the class couldn't believe it.

Naka stared in horror, his body shaking as he shook his head. All that kept repeating in his head was that this was his fault.

~~~
Uzu sat motionless in the room. The only other people inside were Naka and Aoyama.
"So, does either of you know what this is about?" Aoyama glanced between the two, unable to get a response as he grew more and more nervous.
Eventually, the door opened, and Aizawa walked inside.
"Mr Aizawa! I assume you're the one who called us here."
Aizawa nodded as he walked closer. "I apologise for calling you here, but I have something for you." Aizawa reached into his pocket, pulling out three letters. "We found them in Ueda's room. After a talk with Sasori, we learned that Ueda was planning to drop out of UA to go exploring. She left these with the intention to give them to you after the festival. We thought we should let you have them."
Aizawa handed each one the letter as Aoyama frowned. "Sasori?"
Aizawa paused as he realised. "Sasori Ava."
The group understood, lowering their heads as they understood.
"You should also know there is a date for the funeral. It'll be next month. The teachers have offered to drive the class there, so you'll have transport." Aizawa left as the group stared at their letters.
After a while, Aoyama left. He opened his letter, reading the words inside.
'Dear Yuga.
Sorry about disappearing on you so suddenly, but I know if we talk, I will forget everything I am meant to say. Listen, I'm leaving. I'm going to join Ava and the crew and travel the world while helping people.
I wish I could stay and see how great a hero you will be, but this isn't the end. Don't be afraid to contact me any time. Oh, and I think you'll like to know I finished that book we were talking about. There should be a copy in my room. Enjoy it.
Your friend,
Akiko Ueda.
P.S. I know you're the traitor, and I know you aren't doing it willingly. If you ever need an out, you're welcome in our crew.'
