- Vihaan Agarwal: Vihaan Agarwal is the CEO of the hotel chain ASHVA Corporation. At the age of 23, he completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at Harvard Business School. For one year, he worked for Marriott International, Inc. At the age of 25, he returned home and began working for ASHVA Corporation as a regular employee working his way up to the post of CEO after putting in a lot of effort.
- Abhimaan Agarwal is Vihaan's father. He is Chairman and owner of ASHVA Corporation. He started ASHVA from the ground up.
- Pooja Agarwal is Vihaan's mother. She used to be an economics professor at university but is now retired. She now volunteers at different NGOs and is a social worker.
- Dr. Yash Agarwal is Vihaan's Brother. He is a neurosurgeon. He is Vihaan's role model.
- Mukesh Agarwal, is Vihaan's chacha. He owns restaurants around the city. He is a chef and also looks over all the restaurants at the ASHVA hotels.
- Sharda Agarwal is Vihaan's chachi. She is a homemaker and now goes with Pooja to volunteer at different NGOs.
- Riya Agarwal: Vihaan's cousin (Age 24) Currently working at DS fashion house.
- Rahul Sharma: He is an architect and is co-owner and CEO of Bâtir an architectural firm. He is Vihaan's childhood friend. Their families are very close. They are like brothers.
- Shreya Rao: She is an interior designer and is the head designer at Bâtir and is currently dating Rahul. She is also Vihaan's college best friend. They met in the US and became best friends.
