Linked Dreams (A school au)

Authors note: sorry I haven't updated in a while it's bc my eye has been hurting SO damn bad it's like excruciating pain 😫

Chapter 5
"You like that, I think you'll love the story I'm making."
"Ok."

"Alright, so the story is about these 3 students who decide to stay in their school after it closes and weird things begin to happen while their there and they begin to get chased by these weird creatures, but there's this one in particular they were really afraid of, it could light things on FIRE! So now. . ."

As Kaida went on explaining his story, I stared at him with confusion. His story sounds an awful lot like the dream I had. How could that be?

"So how does it sound?" He asked, blinking eagerly at me with a small smile. :>

"Uhh, it's really good." I answered, "You know, I had a dream really sim—"
"Kaida, Zotan. Do the assignment and not whatever your on." The teacher scolded us before shutting Kaida's computer.

He leaned over towards me to whisper, "What were you gonna say?"

I looked ahead. "It's nothing, just forget it."

After that class ended along with my 3 other classes, it was lunch and I was hungry.

I walked to lunch with Haru. I wanted to talk to someone more. . .calm then Kaida, so Kaida headed to lunch with four of his other friends. He was quite popular and surprisingly never picked on by Hakun. How lucky.

"Im getting baked pretzels for lunch today." -Haru
I nodded in agreement then came to a halt as Hakun unknowingly walked past me, holding MY bag over his shoulder.
Fucking asshole...so when are you planning on giving it back?💢

"Woah! It's a good thing you stopped, you almost collided with him." Haru gasped then laughed a bit and began to weirdly sing the song 'collide'.

"Please stop. . ."

As he continued to sing, completely ignoring me, I headed to the lunch line without him.
My friends are quite weird...

I joined the line and sighed grudgingly. There were five students in front of me and they were letting others cut in behind them, technically in front of me. Do they not know their making the line longer by doing this?

"Hey Zotan, I'm coming." I heard Haru call to me but I was too annoyed to turn around and wait for him.

I attempted to move around one of the students so I could get through, but he pushed me backwards.
"We're in line here." One of them said.

"I don't care? Stop letting people cut in front of me."
He ignored me, deliberately letting another student cut in front of me.

What an annoying brute!

This time I tried to push him but he swing his hand back to hit my chest. I grabbed his arm and bit him.
"Ow!"

I ducked around under him and stood in front of the line as if I never did anything. Haru finally caught up to me.
"Zotan why'd you do that??"
"Do what? You saw them, they were filling the line in front of me."

"You should've told a teacher. Don't react without thinking of what the outcome might be."
"That would take too much time. My way is more efficient and quicker."

After me and Haru finished getting our food, we went over to our table where Kaida was waiting with three other students I had no idea even existed.
Kaida watched as we sat down.
"You guys are here! Good." He greeted.

Kaida moved a seat closer to me so that he was sitting right next to me.
"I added more to the story. Wanna see what happens next?"

"Uhh maybe tomorrow."
"Tomorrow'a summer break."
Oh I forgot.

"Okay then."
