Authors note: Guess who broke their pointer finger at school today!! I'll still try to update this story on the regular though.

Chapter 8
I didn't think this day could get any worse..

Hakun went up to the tree, glaring up at me.
"Climbing trees like your some kind of cat? Get down you coward."

"No. Your crazy."
I turned to lay more comfortably on the thick tree branch, making it seem as if I'd stay here forever.

"You'll have to come down eventually. And I'll be waiting." He threatened, then sat down on the grass and leaned back against the tree trunk.

". . ."
15 minutes passed and I began to realize my hunger.
I barely even got to eat all my lunch..

I looked up and around the tree I was sitting in and saw it was an apple tree. Perfect!

I stood up on the branch, wobbling a bit then reached my hand out for an apple so close that I could already feel it. As my hand touched it, the apple fell loose from its stem and plummeted down towards the ground, landing on Hakun's head.

". .oop—"
"HEY! Don't make me come up there and shove an apple down your throat!"
"Stop that. I want to go home, not be here lost with YOU threatening me."
"?What? Lost? What do you mean your lost."

"I don't know where I am..?"
"Idiot! How are you going to get me out of this place then!"
I stared at him with anger. "You chased me here!"
"And? Whatever, come down. I promise..I won't hurt you."
Yeah right. But I can't stay in this tree forever. What if I'm lost here till nightfall? Holtar is probably worrying so—

"Did you not hear me? Hurry up and come down you sloth!"

"Impatient..annoying jerk.." I muttered. I got down from the tree and as soon as I did, Hakun grabbed me by my arm. "Start walking, your leading me out of this place."

"Who said that! Im not helping you."
"Not an option. Now shut up or I'll stuff your mouth with grass."

It seems today could get worse. Just, I wonder how worse it could get. .
"Fine...I think I came from this way."

3 hours into mindlessly wandering through the forest, I heard a distant sound of a bell. That's the school bell. School has ended.

Hakun suddenly turned on me, furious. "What are you doing?! We've been walking for HOURS."

"Didn't I tell you that I was lost??"
"Ugh." He crossed his arms looking off into the distance of the ever going woodland.

"Uhm Hakun?"
He turned halfly to look at me.
"Could you. .uh maybe..—"
"What. Speak up you mouse."
". .Can you make sure I don't fall asleep."
"Why. Are you afraid bugs might bite you in your sleep or somethin'."

"Of course not. Shut up and just listen."
"Don't tell me to shut up. I'll beat the life out of you."

I turned away in annoyance, ignoring his threat and began to head deeper through the thicker woodland.
I remember running through the thicker part of this forest. Hopefully I'll get out of here soon. Holtar must be wondering where I am right now.

". . .I'm soo hungry.." I looked around, only seeing trees, bushes, leaves, grass and a lot of undergrowth.

I soon spotted a small tree with berries on it. Food! I went up to it, picking a couple of them. Blackberries.

I ate many of them before going to rest beside a fallen tree. "It's better than nothing.." I began to close my eyes, leaning my head back on the tree.

I felt my pants begin to grow wet and I opened my eyes again, realizing I was back in the water filled room.

I then froze as the only light in the big rooms dimed out and it was almost completely pitch black.

"Oh no..."
