Chapter 12

I placed the white cat down on the ground as we were far enough from Hakun's negative energy.
"I wonder if I'll have to live in caves like those people in the movies. That'd be quite a struggle."

Maybe I could build something?? Nah, it would fall to the ground in seconds. But caves? There dark and bug infested I bet!

"I would like to sleep on a comfy bed you know. Not. . .piles of rocks and in a cold pla—"

"Are you talking to that cat? Damn how lonely can you be." Hakun scoffed.

I rolled my eyes in annoyment. "It would be nice if I didn't have to hear your voice for atleast an hour. Plus, you don't have anybody to talk too either. What makes you so special."

He ignored me and pointed at the ground in front of him. "Come here."
I looked at the ground then at him, confused. "Why."

"Are you always going to question everything I say?? Just get over here you slow mole."

Processing what he just said, I suddenly fused with anger. "Wait? You can't order me around like I'm some kind of animal!"

Hakun put his hand to his face sighing, "Oh my gosh. . .I didn't mean it like—"

"You can't point wherever you want and expect me to go there. What do I look like to you, a dog?"

"Calm the hell down. I said one thing and your going off like a kettle."

"What do you want."

"What do you think? This place is more boring than school."

"That's not true. There's lots of things to do out in nature. Like building dens, scavenger hunting, collaborative storytelling, and enjoying other stuff."

"...I hate you."

That was so random?
". .I hate you more than Tom hates Jerry. Why don't you keep your words to yourself Hakun."

"You can't tell me what to do. Your just a junior."
"Im a senior! Not a junior and you know that. Now stop bothering me."
I turned away and headed off to a different area. Again.

The cat followed me and after a long while of walking, we found a strange looking cave.
"Woah this cave looks so cool." There was a wide stream in front of it and it looked as if it led into a river somewhere nearby.

I want to find the river. I bet it looks so cool!

As I began to walk alongside the stream, the cat began to meow at me.

"Hm? I'll go back to this cave after exploring this river." The cat continued to meow but I didn't pay mind to it. If she's hungry, maybe I could help her catch a fish in the river^^.

About 10 minutes of following the stream, I finally spotted the river.

"It's big!" I walked up to the riverside and sat down on the rocky shore, lowering my hand into the water.

The forest is nice. Except for when night hits...that reminds me, I should probably go back now.

I got up from the riverside and headed back along the stream with the cat.

By now the sun had set, though it wasn't completely dark out since it was the mid of June.

I came to a halt as the stream split into two different directions.

Huh, I guess I wasn't paying much attention to which stream-side I followed earlier.
