This is the part where I (Lauren, the author, very nice to meet you) recommend other stories of mine to you, dear reader, because this story gets the most traffic, and if my Fiolee story gets about three readers, my shameless self-promotions are going to get absolutely nothing.

1. 'The Shieldmaiden and the Demon (FIOLEE)'

Anyway: do you like superheroes? Do you like super-villains? Do you like villains who flirt shamelessly with hero(in)es? I'm going to go out on a limb here and assume that you like FioLee.

If you like any of these things, plus my writing, I recommend the following story to you: 'The Shieldmaiden and the Demon'. Fionna is the heroine of Shylock Port, and Marshall straight up steals valuable stuff for kicks. Clearly their paths are going to cross. How will this story end happily? What will happen? Obviously I know, but you don't, and you won't until you check it out.

2. 'Nightmares' (Also FioLee, but that's not in the title'

Oh thank *insert deity of your choice here*. It's not another crappy AU from Lauren.

Well friends, just in case you think my vault of originality has run dry, you are incorrect. Join Fionna and Marshall as they hunt for the sword to restore Marshall to his throne, defeat the trials of that-one-hole-in-the-desert-where-the-sword-is and figure out why the first queen of the vampires looks so much like Fionna.

Oh, and if that's not enough, Jenna Callaghan, Dorian Eldridge, the villain of the above story, Dr. Timothy Tepes, Olivia (two Olivias. You're getting more reformed-Lich-woman for your reads! That's economic!)and fan-favorite Lee, as well as formally introducing Tobias Melahone, the king of the vampires before Marshall.

Will Marshall ever regain his crown? Will the mystery of Caoilainn be solved? Will they end the story together? Tune into this totally fluff story to find out! Seriously, there is nothing here but the usual fluff. (I will not promise that this is true, but for the most part it is, so that's good.)

3. 'Coffee for Two (FIOLEE)'

The coffee shop AU is the staple of every fandom. There's always at least one fanfiction that takes place in a cafe... yet, here, there was none. ...okay, I have no idea how to write a coffee shop AU. But I do know how to write a spy AU. And LGBT representation, I think?

Anyway, join Fionna and Marshall as they team up, sent by their respective agencies to infiltrate a seemingly innocent coffee shop. Watch as they badly flirt, fall in love, possibly even jeopardize the fate of the world... all against a much cleverer and stronger villain. Will they prevail? Or will I finally write a truly angsty fic? Tune in to 'Coffee for Two' to find out.

4. 'Domesticity' 
The story of how two single parents (Fionna and Marshall) meet and fall in love, despite formatting issues that make them appear to be headless and legless. And of course they cannot truly get together until the end for various reasons. Mostly pertaining to their children. 

Watch as Fionna and Marshall battle to stay together amidst plot devices (such as but not limited to): Marshall's mother shipping them, Fionna going on an apparently bad date with Flame Prince, annoying children apparently calling all of the shots, and Fionna potentially moving to Greenland because of her child's father who came back out of nowhere. 

5. 'Two Halves of the Same Heart'. 

It's a fantasy alternate universe. Fionna is known as the Blue Knight, the protector of the people. Marshall Lee is the Wandering Demon, even though he did not choose that name, he does not like that name, and that name usually implies people want to kill him. (Fionna was one of those people.) 

However, here's his chance to finally find his one true love, and her chance to find her soulmate. Will they let such things as nearly dying multiple times, knowing each other for like, three days, and being arrested stop them? What about being seduced, Marshall's mom, and Fionna's sister? You'll just have to find out.

1. 'The Crossing of Blades (FIOLEE)'

Because I really like AUs where Marshall is somewhat antagonistic, have a pirate AU. Well, sort of. Marshall is sort of a terrible pirate. He doesn't even rob any ships, except for the one time that he kidnaps Fionna.

Anyway, Fionna is the princess of Duine, set to marry Gumball, when Marshall kidnaps her. This doesn't solve the oncoming war between their two countries. Or erase the fact that she is still supposed to marry Gumball. Or stop them from falling in love. So, against all odds, will they be together?

Featuring such plot moments as: Fionna being told that she has to sleep in the captain's quarters, but Marshall is unwilling to give them up; a swordfight between Fionna and Marshall; shameless fluff; flashbacks to Gumshall; and more, by the author who has no idea how to tag anything anymore.
