It didn't take long to find Jenna- Annie knew exactly where her house was, for some reason.
First, Annie knocked, but if Marshall was dying... well, it's just as well that Jenna left her door open. We found her lounging on a beanbag, throwing darts at a picture of Marshall and me.
As we opened the door, two darts came flying at us- Glob, Jenna was crazy!

"Oh, it's you two. What do you want?" She asked, annoyed. She didn't even...?!
"We'd like the antidote for Marshall, please." I said, trying to keep my voice from shaking with anger. But at least anger would be better than breaking down in front of her.
Jenna shrugged. "I don't know what you're talking about."
Annie handed her the flyer. "I think you do."

Jenna rolled her eyes, then tore it up without looking at it. "What's in it for me if I help you two, anyway?"
"Well, what do you want?" I asked desperately.
Jenna considered this for a minute, before smirking at me. "I want him."
"No way." I growled.
"Unacceptable." Annie agreed.

"Anything but him." I finished.
Jenna smirked. "But I don't want anything but him from you. And I have something you want, and you have something I want, so why not make a trade?"
I shook my head, and she rolled her eyes again. "Tick tock, tick tock. What would you rather have- him 6 feet under, and you'll never get to see him again, or would you rather he was alive and happy?"

"H-Happy?" I whispered.
"Y-yes." She snorted mockingly. "You see, you were just turned recently. He must have gotten too caught up in his lust and turned you by accident, but I know how to make him happy."
"And if I give him up-"
"I'll save him, yes. There's no point to you giving him up to me if I don't save him." Jenna answered.

"I could just order you to hand it over. Or have you executed for treason!" I snapped.
"Wait, wait, wait. This lady poisoned our king, and we haven't thrown her in a dungeon full of rats. And instead of having the Royal Guard deal with this crazy lady who throws darts at people who open the door, an eternal child and the Vampire Queen -one of the most important people in the kingdom, especially with the king in this state- go try and talk to her themselves. How incredibly stupid." Annie mused.

Jenna shot her a look. "That's not my fault, hon."
"Okay, okay. Fair enough." Annie said. Then I noticed that she had been inching over to Jenna's chair while she had been talking.
Jenna pursed her lips and threw Annie roughly away from the chair, noticing as well.
Annie stopped in mid-air, glaring at Jenna.

"I could just throw you two out for trespassing." Jenna pointed out.
"We could just throw you in the dungeon for treason. You poisoned Marshall, and I've been recording this entire conversation! That's more than enough evidence for the Royal Guard!" Annie snapped.
"I don't care. Are you two here to make a deal, or talk about how stupid you were?" Jenna asked, before turning to me.

"Look- you want him to live, right? And isn't that worth more than your personal feelings? Don't you love him enough to let him go, Fionna?"
I closed my eyes to keep the tears back. But all I could think of was Marshall, living and happy, and then of him dying... I couldn't be that selfish, even though it might kill me.

"I'll-"
"No, no, no. I refuse to let this happen. Marshall genuinely loves you, Fionna. Believe me, I've known the guy for years. He would never be happy with Jenna, and he would actually much prefer death to you having walked out on him, leaving him with Jenna Callaghan, of all people, not to mention the hordes of gold-diggers after his crown. And then there's the fangirls. He would run all the way back to Aaa, bar the gateway between the two places, and demand to know why you left him. Besides- didn't you promise never to leave him like Mother left Father?" Annie interjected.
