"Ew, why are they staring at you like that?" I ask Nydia as I hold a can of soda in my hand
"I don't know but he's cute." She tells me
"Oh..I guess." I whisper while rubbing my shoulder
"You jealous?" She asks me
"Why would I be jealous?" I reply quickly
"You're answering my question with a question." She says while laughing softly
"No I'm not jealous." I respond
"Good because you have no reason to be." She says before taking my hand in hers immediately making me calm down
I hear a foot steps getting closer to us, I quickly look around for Julius but I remember I asked him to get us some food from the food court so he's busy doing that. I look up to see a tall light-skin boy with green eyes coming up to us he kinda looks like my cousin Zion, it's so weird. His shorter dark-skinned friend follows behind him while holding his phone in his hand.
"Hello ladies." The light-skin boy says in a thick British accent
"Hi." I say timidly
"Oh shit no way!" The dark-skin boy exclaims once he looks up from his phone
"What?" The other boy replies
"The girl with the braids is Beyoncé and Megan's daughter and the girl with the brown straight hair is a Naomi Campbell's daughter ." The guy responds in a loud ass whisper
"We can hear you dumbasses." Nydia says loudly while squeezing my hand tighter
"And we have names." I add on
"Okay..what are they?" The tall boy asks
"Nydia." She introduces herself before letting go of my hand to shake theirs
"Blue." I say softly whole crossing my arms
"Well Blue your parents are hot as fuck." The tall guy says while raising his eyebrows
"Ew absolutely not I'm out." I roll my eyes before turning around
"Wait no, don't go he was just joking!" The short boy says grabbing my attention again
I hesitantly turn around then I roll my eyes.
"Blue, like the color?" The short boy stupidly asks
"No nigga like the fruit, Of course like the color." I speak up
"Woah you're feisty I like it." He flirts with me
"Whatever, what's your name?" I ask
"I'm Jalen" the light-skin boy tells us
"Of course that's your name." I mutter as I sway side to side
"What's that supposed to mean?" Jalen asks
