Blue Ivy Knowles
I zip down my red oversized jumpsuit so my sparkly red shirt is slightly visible then I adjust my sunglasses. I look into the mirror then I sigh softly. I'm terrified knowing that everyone is watching me because what if I mess up? That will be so embarrassing and I'll literally cry on stage.
"You're gonna do great princess." Mama tells me as she rests her chin on the top of my head
"Thank you mama, I really hope so." I respond
"Do you like my nails?" I ask as I hold up my black painted nails that have little white stars on them
"I love them. My little girl is growing up." She says with a frown on her face as she rests her hand on my cheek
"Mama stopp, you're gonna mess up my makeup" I whine playfully making her smile
She chuckles softly then she removes her hand whilst sniffling.
"Sorry princess." She replies before wiping her cheek
"Are you crying?" I ask
"What? No. Absolutely not." She quickly responds
"Why are you wiping your face then?" I respond smugly
"Allergies you know how London is." She tries to play it off making me laugh
"I love you mama." I tell her then I hug her tightly
"I love you more baby." She replies
"I want to try something different with my hair, do you have a ponytail holder?" I ask
"Yeah I have one." She says while taking a ponytail holder off her wrist then she hands it to me
"Thank you." I respond as I tie the back of my hair into a little ponytail
The dressing room door opens and mom appears in the doorway with her red bedazzled water-bottle in her hand. She's wearing a tight red bodysuit that's extremely sparkly and it matches her bottle.
"I'm about to go out there and perform formation. Good luck princess, you're gonna do amazing." Mom tells me
"Why can't I wear that?" I ask as I point to her outfit
"It's too tight and revealing." She responds
"It's not even revealing though." I reply then I pout
"It's tight and it shows off too much. The public is weird and I'm not letting them be weird with you." She explains as she pushes her blonde hair out of her face
"Okay." I respond
"Well go kill it mommy." I add on
"Will do." She tells me then she kisses my forehead
She walks towards mama then she stands on her tippy toes and she kisses her softly.
