"What do you mean we can't  fly?"

"It's not safe till another 7 hours sir, all flights from Seoul got cancelled 30 minutes ago" 

"I can't wait that long"

What's all this? Jungkook wants to scream

"I'm sorry sir"

Jungkook drops the call with the urge to throw his phone against a wall but he doesn't though.

"How about we drive there" Suggest Jin

Jungkook was back in his place already packing the stuffs he needs to go see Taehyung when he got a call notifying him that they can't fly at the moment. His friends were here eyes following his every movement.

All eyes turn to Jin who just made a suggestion 

"I mean it's a few hours drive , instead of you know waiting for seven to eight hours?" Jin continues 

"I think Jin has a point. I mean the seven hours could even get extended if the weather doesn't clear up by then."

"True, what do you get to lose?" Ask Namjoon

Nothing

"Alright then"  Driving there? Then jungkook remembers. "Wait Taehyung can't see me with my car, not yet I mean, not until I explain everything."

Jin let out an awkward cough. They all turn to Jin, fully aware he knows more and will definitely share it.

"Spit it out babe "

"Well I think it might be too late?"

"Too late For what?"

"I think Taehyung might know something ?"

Jungkook let out an angry sigh. 

"For heaven sake"

"He saw the news, you were kind of on the news after the incident "

Junkoook feels all his strength leaves his body, he slowly drops himself on the chair nearest to him.

"Jungkook I'm sorry,  wohuk got to the reporters before I did. I was too late to stop the broadcast" 

"Ok ok, let's just calm down ok? What are the odds Taehyung would see it huh?"

"Actually he did"

Jungkook can't even bring himself to say anything at the moment. His worst fear is right in front of him.

"He told me on the phone" Jin continues with a sigh. "He told me he saw Jungkook. He was sounding so fucking confuse and lost. I did little to assure him cause I didn't know what to say? I just told him jungkook will talk to him later "

"You should have woke me up" Jungkook said so quietly and calmly but his tone was enough to make Jin flinch, Namjoon and Yoongi stand straight.

"Jungkook you need to calm down please.  Taehyung spoke to you right? He said he was going to wait to talk to you"

That's true

"Which means he's still waiting for you right now and you still seating here is wasting unnecessary time"

That made jungkook jump to his feets and start looking for his car keys. Heavens what car is he going to go with. Right now he wished he had something less flashy and less expensive.

"You're not driving jungkook" Namjoon states opening his hand for his car keys which jungkook drops in his palm.

As the car pull on the quiet highway with Namjoon on the steering and a worry Jin in the back seat chewing his lips a clear sign he's  worried. Jungkook can only pray he's not too late. He can only pray it goes well.
