Taehyung takes in a deep breath before pushing the door open and yes like he expected everyone was there,  just standing in the living room awkwardly staring at him.

"Why didn't you invite him in?" His grandmother asked walking towards him.

With just one look and the fact they were peeping from the window he knows exactly what's happening.

"You know" He states

"That your boyfriend is a billionaire yup" answers juhi casually 

Taehyung is shocked and surprised and honestly he has a lot of questions unsurprisingly he isn't going to ask. So he wants to do what he does best go to his room and hide

"I asked a question Taehyung "

Taehyung stopped on his tracks turning around to face his grandmother.

"He has other things to do halmi " He said tiredly. Cause honestly he's just exhausted. Everything jungkook told him literally took his entire strength to just to listen.

Taehyung knows his grandmother wants to say more that's the thing he's not interested in whatever she has to say, they finally find out about junkook and now she's asking why he didn't come in?

Taehyung drops himself on his thin mattress immediately he shuts the door of his room.

And now the thoughts won't stop coming.

What jungkook did is it normal? A rich man leaving his wealth to come live has a poor man in a small town. 

Nothing is making sense

And Taehyung wants to understand how bad it was for jungkook for him to result to this level.

Ok maybe some parts makes sense, like the part about people being nice to him cause of his status, people are more than capable of faking emotions just to get what they want.

And Taehyung will never understand what jungkook felt.

It must have been difficult for him to live questioning the genuineness of  everyone who got close to him.

This is so shocking to him, at this point he doesn't even know what to do

He's pulled from his thoughts from the gentle knock on his door.

Strange, Taehyung thought raising his eyebrow and well waiting for another knock to confirm it's at his door

Can't blame him, no one has knocked on his door with so much gentleness before though. Either they're shouting his name to come out or they're banging on it. 

The knock came again and Taehyung reluctantly stood up and open it to see his father

Taehyung stares at his father with so much confusion running through his head. His head ran through all the necessary questions in just few seconds, unfortunately no answer as to what his father will be doing here.

"May I come in"

"Come in?" Taehyung stupidly asked

"Yes Taehyung May I come in please?"

Taehyung stares at his father and asked the next question. "Why?"

The last time his father ever came into his room was when he was still a child, that's years ago so excuse him for being a little bit confused but then

Oh oh oh strange things seems to be happening around him a lot today.

"I just want to talk to you?"

Even with Taehyung still having so much question he nods anyways the sooner his father says what he wants to say and leave the sooner Taehyung can be alone.

So he shift a bit from his door to let his father into the store room that's  been his room for years.

"Really forgotten how this place was" his father says looking around.

His room becomes a little bit tighter in his head with the presence of another adult.

Taehyung folds his hand and waits 

His father turned to him letting out an awkward smile that Taehyung didn't make any attempt to return

"So jungkook told you?"

Taehyung holds himself back not to roll his eyes cause well so suddenly everyone is invested in Jungkook maybe just maybe Taehyung is understanding more why jungkook took such measures to come here.

"Appa please stop"

"What?"

"This, being nice and concern I kn-" something clicked right way and Taehyung's jaw dropped. His father has been awfully nice to him these days, making him his favorite food and all that, like awfully nice to him. He knew?

"You knew before now" Taehyung asked

"Yes" His father says confirming it all 

And yes Taehyung understands Jungkook.

He's honestly perplexed 

"So you found out that's why you were so nice to me?" He asked totally disappointed 

His father had the audacity to shake his head. " No it's cause I'm not scared of anyone hurting you anymore. You have no idea how that makes me happy" 

Taehyung stares at his father weirdly cause what on earth is he talking about

"Appa what are you talking about?"

His father let out another smile that Taehyung remembers it being directed at him a lot when he was a child.

His father used to be his sold rock, whatever changed

His father moved towards him.  "My boy" in a really strange way Taehyung actually misses being called that. "I'm really  glad you're above being hurt by anyone here" Then his appa made a move to leave his room. "Your Alpha loves you, work it out with him Taehyung so you can leave here" His father says shutting his door behind him. Taehyung stares at it unmoving then he remembers the conversation his father had with his grandmother.

"I did what you asked me to " His father had said to his grandmother.

Taehyung sighs making a move to takes his clothes off, he needs to take a shower then sleep.

Unsurprisingly Jungkook saw his friends outside his building  with Hoseok. Heavens he need to talk to Hoseok too. He parked his car and with a heavy sigh he makes his way to meet his friends.

"Tell me it went well" Jin inquires immediately he got close

"I think so, he said he needs time. That's good right?"

"Yes that's good" Jin assures him

"I would have been shocked if had jumped into your arms right away" Namjoon says sipping the beer he was holding. 

Jungkook sighs putting his hands in his pocket. "Just hope it doesn't take long before I can hold him and make him mine forever."

"It won't, the boy loves you" Jin states the very obvious smiling

Jungkook nods before turning to face a very shy? Wait is Hoseok shy? The man won't even meet his eyes

Great.

"Hoseok?"

"Sir"

Yup they really need to talk
