152. Orange

I wake up and it's nearly lunch. That was a long sleep. I take a bath then put on a nurse outfit. Partially because lack of options. I'm out of queen dresses. I go to the morning room and get me some lunch. Dipak comes in when I'm eating.

"Feeling better?"

"Yes I seem to be. I was delirious last night."

"Yea, it seemed like they drained your blood and we had to replace it. I think 10 was to many for 1 day. Really should have stopped at 5. You know what people got?"

"I heard blues, greens, and orange."

He starts laughing. "Yea there was some reds too. Tre did get all purple this time. He seems happy about it."

I nod. "I can see that. We've been connecting a lot more lately."

Dipak smiles at me. "Yea I can tell that too." He starts drying my hair. "Thora was pissed at Frode. He didn't get all red."

I bust out laughing. "What did he get?"

"Reds and greens." He starts laughing.

"So did they ever come up with a name for what orange is?"

"They are all confused about that. They will probably do more testing on the 2 of you. My guess is, it's something to do with being best friends though. You 2 are close."

I nod.

Dipak sits down and we finish lunch together then go back up to his office.

Everyone is sitting around the table. Elek and Marcus aren't here. Omar is gone. Everyone else is here. I sit down by Thora.

I look at her. "So who all got blue's?"

"Elek and I think he was the only one. Well Tye still had a few. Tre and Dipak both got all purple. Tye had purple too. Kane got all red. He's a good one Mary." Mary nods and laughs. "SOMEONE ELSE GOT RED AND GREENS." Everyone laughs for a second. "Everyone else that I seen or asked was just greens. Or reds and greens. Nothing extreme. We're safe for now."

I nod and smile. "Good to know. We're still the best though. We got orange."

"Yea orange is definitely better than purple." We both nod and laugh.

I look up at Dipak and he winks at me. "Alright sweetheart. Me, you, and Thora are going to go look at gardens today. Or it is never going to get done. Anyone else who is a dragon or can fly is welcome to join or stay and work on your own stuff. Either way, we are going to get this garden planned." They all start laughing.

I look at Tre. He smiles at me. "I told Dipak where the gardens are. Me and Tye are going to work on the inns a bit."

I smile at him. "Thank you."

"You're welcome."

I spend the next 2 days flying all over with Dipak and Thora. We look at so many fancy gardens and have so much fun. We get so many ideas. Our garden will definitely be the best.

I walk in Dipak's office the morning of the races and Omar is standing there with Marcus. Marcus looks like hell. I'm not sure what happened with his dad but I guess Omar is just stalking him now. Omar can be intense, we all know that. Elek walks in with everyone else. That's a little confusing too.

I stand there looking around confused.

Dipak stands beside me. He looks a little confused too. All of a sudden he looks around. "There will be no afternoon meeting. The races will start this afternoon. We do have to deal with castle business this morning so Elek, get out. Omar, what the hell? You can not hold him hostage."
