106. Cake

We all go to dinner after the meeting. It's still not over. Johen is staying another night. I sit by him at dinner again. We talk about humans mainly.

When dinner is over, I sneak off to my house. I just want to be alone for a while. I sit on my swing and look around. Then it hits me, I should check on Fred and Bob. Hopefully they didn't starve to death in all those days.

I walk by the chickens on the way. They are all good. They have a big area though. They don't have any water in the buckets though. I fill up the water and throw some more food in. I look at the coop and one side of it is damaged. Like something big hit it.

I put it out of my mind. I'll tell Dipak it needs fixed later.

I go to walk in the barn and Tye and Johen walk up behind me. Tye looks at me. "What you doing over here?"

"Just checking on everything." I think it would be rude to say I want to be alone now. "Chicken coop has some damage that needs fixed."

"Damage from what?"

"I don't know. It looks like something hit it."

Tye nods and the boys walk in the barn with me. The smell is off. As soon as we walk in, I plug my nose. "What is that Tye?"

"You 2 wait outside and let me look."

"NO. It's my barn."

"Then wait right here." I give him a dirty look. "I'm just going to check on the pigs. Just stay there."

"Fine."

I stand by the door and look at Johen. "So how you holding up being here?"

"I like it. It's really different than where I'm from."

I smile at him. "Yea that's why I like it where you're from."

"MAKE DOOR. FIND DIPAK. GO."

"WHAT?"

"NOW."

I speed to the front door and the boys run behind me. I make the door to the kings office. I turn to see where they are and they both run right into me. We all land on the floor in Dipak's office. Tye jumps up and releases all the magic.

Then he starts yelling. "GUARD SUMMON DIPAK TRE DRACUL KANE GUNNER OMAR"

Dipak picks me up off the ground and puts me on my feet. Then he helps Johen up. "What is going on?"

I look at him and my eyes fill with tears. "I think something may have happened to Fred and Bob."

Tre gives me a hug. "It'll be ok baby. We can get you a new Fred and Bob."

Johen looks at Tre all confused.

"Fred and Bob are her baby pigs."

Johen nods. "Yea that barn did not smell good at all."

Dipak looks at him. "Did you see anything?"

"No. Tye went to look. We just stood by the door. He came out all freaked out and screaming at her to make a door."

They both nod at him as the other 4 walk in.

Tye looks at me. "Make a door to your house please." He says it so polite compared to how freaked out he his. I expected him to command that. "You can't come back. You and Johen stay here please."

I nod at him and then I make the door.

"Thank you." Tye kisses my head and walks through the door.

I look at Tre and Dipak. I am so confused with his reactions. Tre smiles at me and walks through the door. Dipak says "Just stay in the castle. You don't have to stay in here. We're figure it out and let you know." I nod and he walks through the door last.
