Burn Brightly

17 2 4

Live strongly, burn brightly,

Everyday is a blank page

Waiting for you to

Write upon it.

Do not fizzle, do not simmer

Flare and shine in the dark,

Take risks, make mistakes

Fall only to get up again.

A life is a precious

Drop of liquid gold

That is to be protected

But also used

For a life wasted

Is a wasted miracle.

So I urge you

Do not sit by as

 The world turns around you,

Live your life to the

Fullest extent,

Burn brightlly

In the darkness of our world.
