Santana's POV
"Rachel will come pick you up tomorrow." I spoke to my wife in the other side of the phone. Yes, she is allowed to make phone calls now. She is limited to a few phone calls a day but it's better than nothing. Her doctor said she earned it and it makes me really happy. She gets better. "She's on her way over here to take Dylan now."
"Okay," Dani spoke softly. "Please call me every time you can during the weekend, okay?"
"I promise." I replied. "And promise me you will keep fighting in there, okay? You're doing amazing, beautiful."
"I promise."
I heard a knock on the door. It must be Berry. "Baby someone's at the door, probably the dwarf. I'll call you tomorrow, okay?"
"Okay." She said quietly, she was about to cry or was already crying.
"I love you baby, hang in there."
"I love you too. Have a safe fight."
"Thank you." I said already rushing toward the door. "Goodbye beautiful."
"Bye."
I opened the door and just in time, Berry was standing there, Brody behind her. "Come in." I said making them room to enter. I wasn't in the mood to get annoyed at her today, and also wasn't in the mood to act polite.
"Did you talk to Dani?" Berry asked while she followed me to the living room.
"Uhh yeah, a minute ago." I sighed sitting down on the couch, taking Dylan out of the small crib we had in the living room for him to my arms. "I told her you will pick her up tomorrow."
"Great." She nodded, then she sent her finger to caress my son's cheek. He smiled and grabbed her finger with his tiny hand, making me smile a little.
"Take good care of him." I said in a warning tone. "And of Dani too."
"I will, Santana." She said looking up from my son to me. "You can count on me."
Surprisingly, I actually could.
"Thanks." I mumbled giving her a small smile. "Now let's get him used to you before I have to go." I said handing Dylan to Berry. He really loves her, she spends a lot of time with him.
"Come here my little man!" She chuckled taking him to her arms.
"Okay," I said taking out two papers folded together. "Here," I said after opening them lifting one in my right hand. "You have everything you need to know to take care of Dylan. This is the formula he uses and he likes the red pacifier at night. Don't give him anything else than what's written in here, and try to make sure he's napping in the hours that are written in here, it's important."
"Got it captain." She nodded taking the paper from my hand.
"Okay and here," I said lifting the other one in my left hand, "Is everything you need to know to take care of Dani. Please do a further read through the two of them, this is very important." I warned her and she gave me another nod. "Make sure she eats out of this menu, don't push her, alright? She will finish eventually just give her time." I said pointing at the menu I wrote on the paper, both Berry and Brody nodded. "She eats in specific hour so please try to make that happen.. Now after every meal, you don't have to watch her this closely and follow her around just make sure she does not, I repeat, does not go to the bathroom. She's not allowed to go for an hour after she finishes eating."
"Okay," Berry nodded in understanding. "Anything else?"
"Yes," I said flipping the paper to it's other side. "Make sure she takes her medications, she got for now 4 different pills every morning so just make sure she takes them, before breakfast. She has them don't worry..." she nodded again and I handed the paper to her, which like the other one she gave to Brody since she was still holding my son.
