Bella's POV
I smile and wave as Nick drives away with his friends.
I walk home and decide to watch a cartoon comedy to relieve my stress.
I'm dosing off when I am woken up by a sound. Confused, I sit up and try to listen for any more sounds. When I don't hear anything else, I get up and close the curtains, feeling paranoid.
I realize the cartoon finished and something else was on so I decide to make myself something to eat, wondering about the boys.
I make myself a turkey sandwich with extra turkey.
After I eat, I go to the bathroom. When I wash my hands, I stare in the mirror. Studying my facial features, studying my little imperfections. After at least ten minutes of staring at myself, I dry my hands and walk out.
That's when someone grabs me and slams a hand over my mouth to muffle my screams.
"Don't worry, doll. We're gonna take you somewhere safe."
I'm breathing heavily as he slowly backs up with me still restrained.
"Don't scream, or he'll shoot." I watch as the dark figure jerks his head toward the shadows. As my eyes adjust to the darkness, I notice another dark figure, what I don't notice is the gun pointed directly at my face. That is until I feel the cold metal of the barrel of the gun against my forehead.
I gasp in the man's hand and immediately regret it. He reeks of cigarettes.
"This won't hurt a bit." The man restraining me says as I see yet another dark figure come closer to me with a handkerchief.
I instantly start frantically shaking my head while the man keeps calling me "doll". I wish he'd stop.
The handkerchief connects with my nose and mouth, but I try to resist. I'm almost out of breath before I pretend to fall limp.
The men chuckle around me, talking about how easy it was to capture me and how much they're gonna get paid for doing their job.
As they carry me to the car and practically throw me in the backseat with one of the men, I try to regulate my breathing so that my fake being knocked out is a little more believable.
We drive for a while before me come to a stop and everyone gets out. I'm thrown over a man's shoulder and I struggle to stay quiet because of how much the man's shoulder is digging into my stomach.
We get to their hideout and they put me in a chair where they strap me down with ropes.
Just when I think they leave me alone, I'm splashed with ice cold water as the man who calls me "doll" says, "Wake up, doll."
I sit up from my slouching position with a gasp. I frantically look around as if I just woke up.
"Hey there, doll."
I glare at him.
"What's the glare for? You're a pretty peach and I'm betting you for a couple million dollars so get that glare off your face before I do it for you."
I continue to glare at him, breathing heavily from how cold the water was.
He slaps me across the face so hard my head swings to the side, but I keep it there, refusing to look at his disgusting black eyes.
He grabs my chin and forces me to look at him and when I do, all I see is a smirk. A smirk I wish I'd be able to wipe off his ugly face.
"Ah, I see the glare is gone. That wasn't so hard now was it, doll?"
