~Five~

Bella's POV

I locked eyes with him as he walked past the cafe.

My school bully

I jaw dropped to the floor and my eyes widened when he smirked and winked at me while his friends who were with him, smirked too. I've got to say, puberty hit him hard. He's got a lot more muscle, broad shoulders, sharp jawline, the wind blowing through his hair making his hair messy. He was wearing black ripped jeans, a black shirt, and a black leather jacket, and might I just say he looks even more handsome in black.

I was still in shock even when the waitress came up to me to ask me for my order. I finally snapped out of my daze when I realized he was gone.

After I ordered the food and ate, I finished paying and was walking to leave when I bumped into a wall and started to fall. I shut my eyes out of instinct and waited to feel the cold ground, but I felt two arms around my waist before I could fall. I slowly opened my eyes to see a pair of bluish-green eyes already staring at me. I just stared back into them until he started talking.

"Fancy meeting you here...bellissima." He said (Italian | beautiful)

I continued to stare at him until I realized I was still staring so I averted my eyes away from his piercing bluish-green ones.

"Yeah, you can let go of me now, Nick." I said, rolling my eyes.

"You were heavy anyway, as heavy as a whale. I was sure you were going to break my muscles." He said.

I scoffed and rolled my eyes, "Yeah, like you have any." And his friends snickered, but he didn't seem to care

"And also, my name is Nicolo, not Nick bellissima."

Just then someone cleared their throat from behind Nicolo.

"Hey dude, I thought we were here to eat. Not so you and your girlfriend could reunite." Zach said, rolling his eyes with a smirk on his face. Oh how I wish I could wipe that smirk off his face.

"I'm not his girlfriend!" I said, emphasizing the words 'not' and 'girlfriend'.

"Anyway, nice to see you again bellissima."

"Well it wasn't for me." I mumbled to myself but loud enough for only him to hear.

"Come on bellissima, we both know it was." He said winking at me. I just rolled my eyes at his cockiness.

"Well bye, I hope I never see you again Nick." I said, and this time it was my turn to smirk.

"Goodbye bellissima."

And with that I walked out and to my house.

That night I couldn't help but think of what happened at the cafe. I tried to sleep because tomorrow I had to work at the cafe, but every time I close my eyes, I see his face.

After what seemed like hours, I finally fell asleep.
