I sipped my smoothie and looked at my computer screen

I sipped my smoothie and looked at my computer screen. Hmmm...looks like daddy dearest is incurring some huge expenses. I see all the numbers on the screen going up and down. My father bank account is opened in front of me. Whenever I see all these figures, I feel disgusted. I know I should be grateful for having this much money but I can't. Not when I know all these money is not ours. These are for those people who are poor and need it but my bloody father stole it from them. Yes, my father steal money from fund that were collected to distribute among poor. I feel ashamed to be his daughter. Though I can't stop him from doing his evil deeds but I can surely give him taste of his own medicine.

I become tech expert not only because I like this field but also for the reason that I would be able to bring down my father much easily. Every day I transfer discreet amount into another account and at the end of month I give out these money to its true owners. The ones who deserve this. My family didn't know that I'm hacker. So, if any day they notice missing amount they wont be able to suspect me. Not that I care about any of their opinions.

I pulled off my car in the garage and step out. I see the huge place in front of me.

MALHOTARAS HEAVEN

I laughed bitterly at the irony. For me this house was never home after my mothers demise. It always feels like hell. I tried moving out of the house but I promised my mother that I'll never leave this house except after my marriage. My mother always tried to mend the relationship between my father and me but you cant join something that isn't broken. To have broken relations, one has to have a relation first and I hadn't had any relationship with my father from beginning. My father never loved my mother truly. He married her because of my Nanu money. And after her death he married his secretary within three months. I never liked my father before but after that day I despise him.

I entered the house and start moving towards my room. I chose my room to be in the farthest corner of the house. Most of the time I am outside anyway and other time I don't want to see any person living in this house.

"Dii wait."

I turned around and see my cousin Reyaan walking towards me. He is three years younger than me but already taller. He is the only exception in this house as I only spend my time with him whenever I'm here.

"Yes, Reyu what happened?"

"Bade papa is calling you in his office. Now."

My spine jerked upright and I go on alert mode. Vinay Malhotra never calls me in his office. In fact, he avoids talking to me. Last time we met he said I'm a disgrace to his name and I just smiled at him which only added fuel to his anger. I know about all articles about me and how they affect him. Any other person would stop his shenanigans but not me. I make sure to create more scandals next time so that my daddy dearest enjoys more anger.

"Okay. I'm coming."

I make my way towards the office and entered. My father is sitting at his desk and there are two more faces I don't want to see. My step-mother and my uncle. I hate both of them. I don't focus on either of them and lean against bookshelves. One would think that my father is a big reader as he built these enormous bookshelves but they will be wrong. He only put these in his office so that other would think he is wise. No one knows about my fathers dual face better than me.

"Why am I here?" I asked nonchalantly.

"You are going to marry Vihaan Oberoi next week. Start your preparations." he said this so easily like he is talking about weather.

I burst out laughing. I knew my father is delusional but he will be this much fool I didnt know.

"And what makes you think I will agree? Are you high or what because surely you cant expect me to say yes in your sane mind." I said between my laughter.

"Stop laughing. And you will do as I say. I made a deal with them and this is part of deal."

"Well then in that case both you and your deal can go to hell. I'm not your belonging whom you can trade off." I said and turned to leave but his words stopped me in my tracks.

"How is Savi? Or should I say your Savi maa. I heard Alzheimer patients need 24/7 care. Afterall they can be vicious and hurt themselves." he said in his victorious tone.

"What did you do? Tell me what did you do to her. If you hurt her a little, I swear I will destroy you." I said my voice shaking with anger.

After my mothers death, Savi maa was the one to raise me. I was only 7 years old. But she loved me like her own kid when my own father was busy with his new wife. Savi maa always took care of me and protected me from my evil step-mom tantrums. Few years back she started forgetting things and her condition got worse day by day so I admitted him into a special care unit for Alzheimer patients. I still go and meet her at least on weekends. Last time she wasn't able to recognise me and though it hurts but I can't do anything. I talked with her doctors and they assured me she will be best treated here.

"I knew this bitch has a soft spot for budhiya. Told you my plan will work" said that bitch Bhavnika.

"I didn't do anything to her yet. Just shifted her from that place to new place. Though she will only get treatment until you agree for the marriage. So here is how this will go. You will marry next week and plays the role of happy bride and I will give you your Savi maa's address in return." Said my father smugly.

I froze in my place. I can't allow anything happening to Savi maa. She is just like my mom. No no I have to agree with his condition for now and save her. I will find a way out for me later.

"I am ready" I said in my detached tone.

They all smile evil grins. I fucking loathe them all.
