(This is a minor AU where Henry's parents and sister knew about his job somewhere in season 2 and his parents didn't approve)
Ray was talking to Henry's parents about what had happened throughout the work day
"Then we had to crash through the window and found the time jerker in the clock tower, he was about to throw trash back to the stone age but me and Henry caught him in less than a minute" Ray explained with enthusiasm "well, Henry did most of it, he picked up this steel six and chucked it at the time jerker, knocking him out then asked if I wanted Chinese food for dinner like nothing happened"
Siren gasped
"Oh my, was the time jerker aright?" She asked
Ray gave her a confused look
"Yeah... He was fine.. He's in jail now" he said "but anyway, Henry-"
"That boy needs to make sure he doesn't hurt anyone while he's working" Siren interrupted "where is he anyway?"
Ray hesitated
"Um... He has a therapy session today... He just-"
"Why is he in therapy?" Jake asked
"Probably cause of how dangerous this job is, he shouldn't have taken it" Siren said before Ray could answer
'No, it's cause you guys are assholes who make him feel like he's never enough' Ray thought, giving them a glare that went unnoticed
Henry walked in just when she said that
"What's going on?" Henry asked, looking at Ray
"They-" he tried
"Your boss just told us that your in therapy because of this job" Jake interrupted this time
"Um.. No.. That's not why I'm in therapy" Henry tried correcting
"It has to be, you have a perfect life outside of this job" Siren said
Henry sighed and gave Ray a look that said 'I wish there was an emergency right now'
"Well... Since Henry's back, you guys can head home now" Ray said
Siren and Jake nodded
Henry sighed again and followed them out
"See you tomorrow Ray!" He yelled from the elevator
"Bye kid!" Ray yelled back
Henry got a little hurt on the job
His parents had to be called, much to his disappointment
Now he was sitting on the cot while Shwoz fixed his wrist and his parent yelled at his boss
"We knew this job was too dangerous!" Siren yelled "we should've never allowed him to stay!"
