Aurora just walked out of her room and walked to the kitchen and was putting her hair up in a ponytail.

"Morning," Amelia said looking at Aurora who just walked in.

Aurora smiled. "Morning"

Amelia went back to cooking some pancakes. "Do you want any pancakes?"

Aurora looked at the time and saw she still had some time before she had to go in. "Yeah sure I"ll take some"

Amelia finished making the pancakes and she placed a plate in front of Aurora and placed her plate beside of where Aurora is sitting.

Aurora put some syrup on her pancakes and started to eat. "What time do you have to go in?"

Amelia looked at the time. "Probably after I eat I will head over there. When do you have to go in?"

"I was gonna go after I eat," Aurora told her.

Aurora was with a patient named Emily taking metal out of her arm. "Emily, I'm sorry. I know it hurts"

"Hurts like a bitch"

"Yeah, meds will kick in soon. You got your arm caught in what, again?" Aurora asked.

"A noodle-making machine"

"Huh," Aurora said to herself

"It's the dumbest job ever, but it just pays well, and I'm trying to get into culinary school, which is freaking expensive"

Stephanie then walked in with some X-rays and stuck them on the X-ray board. "Looks like committed, displaced. Mid-shaft radius and ulna fractures"

"Yep. Well, Emily, unfortunately, your arm definitely needs surgery. Now in order to stabilize the fracture, I will most likely need to put in a plate and some screws. Uh, Edwards, call up to the O.R." Aurora said handing something to Stephanie.

"How long will it take to heal? I need my arm in shape to cook, to train for school. Applications are due on a month" Emily said.

Aurora looked back to Emily. "Well, obviously, it's a pretty bad fracture, but we will fix you up, we will get you into P.T. As soon as we can, and you will be back at it before you know it, okay?"

Emily nodded and Aurora got up from the chair she was sitting on and walked out of the room.

Aurora had just walked into the house after a long day of work and made her way to the fridge and was looking for something to drink when she felt arms wrap around her waist, so she looked over her shoulder and saw Amelia.

"What's up?" Aurora asked with a smile.

Amelia looked at her and smiled. "I was wondering instead having sex when we had a rough day we could do it whenever we want"

"Someone's needy" Aurora teased her turning to face her.

Amelia playfully rolled her eyes and slapped her lightly on the shoulders. "Shut up"

Aurora chuckles and picks Amelia up and walks to her room.
