Aru and Aiden decided that instead of making both of their families meet all together at once, it would be a better idea to introduce their siblings - who knew of the gangs, of course - first and then introduce their parents after.

So, fast forward to three days after Aru told her parents about her relationship, Aru and Noah were sitting at a restaurant, waiting for Aiden to show up.

"Okay but like isn't going out for lunch kinda weird?" Aru asked, throwing her hands up in the air.

"You were literally the one who suggested the idea..?" Noah trailed off

"Well, yeah, I know. But I couldn't say dinner because Mini is coming over for dinner and if we went out, how the bloody hell would we be able to explain it? And then, we would have to wait at least another four days before we would be able to introduce everyone."

"Ok good point, but still, why not just say dinner for yesterday?"

"Because I didn't think of that, Noah!" Aru exclaimed, getting looks for people at nearby tables, making Noah burst out laughing. "Sorry, continue your meal" Aru said, waving the other customers off.

"Listen, I'm not judging but for a mafia leader who is also a lawyer, it's kinda stupid. Actually, wait, no. For anyone, it's kinda stupid. Besides, I did tell you we should have dinner yesterday." Noah laughed

"Okay, Mr. Summa Cum Laude, not everyone can be as intelligent as you. Oh wait, you're not intelligent, you're just a dumbass." Aru rolled her eyes, a playful grin on her face.

"Objection, speculation and false accusations."

"Overruled, as I was saying, I could not ask them over for dinner as Mini would be here, some people should think of stuff like that."

"Objection, argumentative."

"On what grounds!?"

"Concealed insult. Additionally, I have a witness in wit pro who can confirm I told you that I said dinner should have been yesterday. And I've subpoenaed Mr.Cuddles who attacked me yesterday when I said my suggestion." Noah replied, a playful yet smug smirk on his face. Aru rolled her eyes, Mr.Cuddles only "attacked" Noah yesterday because Aru felt like throwing something at her brother.

"Objection! Relevance?"

"Holy shit, Aiden! You're right, she is really smart!" A new voice said, startling Noah and Aru from their joking mock trial.

The sibling duo turned to see Aiden, Brynne and Rohan standing at the table. The Shah siblings exchanged glances, as if to say, "This is it, no turning back."

Noah stood up first, Aru following shortly after, and introduced himself. "Noah Antonio Armani Spectre-Shah, pleasure to make your acquaintance." He said, flashing a charming smile while offering his hand.

"Brynne Rao-Acharya" Brynne said, shaking his hand.

"Rohan Singh-Acharya, I believe you and me spoke on the phone. It was fun and honestly, quite enlightening." Rohan said, also shaking Noah's hand.

"So, you're Rohan? It really is nice to meet you in person, at least. It's nice to talk about your siblings. Speaking of siblings..." Noah trailed off, looking to Aru.

"Hi, I'm Aru. It's an honour to meet you both, Aiden speaks so highly of you." Aru said, also putting on a charming smile.

My charming lawyer skills are really being used right now, Aru thought.
