Demon Yoriichi Tsugikuni

Chapter 15: Justice

The twins continued running at full speed until they heard a crow nearby. "caw! revived! Muzan revived!" This shocked the twins as their eyes widened. What does the crow mean by 'revived'? Michikatsu looked down and saw Muzan in an entirely different form.

"Yoriichi..! that Muzan! he is taking a different form!" Michikatsu quickly warned Yoriichi that Muzan was near and he wasn't alone. 

Tanjiro, Giyuu, Mitsuri and Obanai were there. Giyuu and Obanai quickly went after Muzan and in a blink of an eye the room started to change a lot of times. "What is going on?! is Nakime trying to keep us out or what?" Michikatsu yelled. "No.. I don't think she would.. just stay on your feet aniue!" The twins tried all they could to hold onto themselves until suddenly the fortress began to crumble. The twins realized that Nakime.. got killed. 

"The fortress is crumbling! they managed to get Nakime." Michikatsu doesn't realize it was Muzan who killed her.

The fortress started to crumble as now they ended up getting teleported outside.. somewhere that is not even at Ubuyashiki's estate.. no.. they may be on the surface.. but they are at the city! 

Michikatsu shielded Yoriichi from falling rocks and quickly pushed them aside to break out. "Are you alright Michikatsu?" Yoriichi quickly grabbed his brother to examine him. Michikatsu pushed him "I'm fine I'm fine! we got other things to worry about you rock head!" Michikatsu yelled.

They were still trapped inside and had to make a hole to break out. "Michikatsu we're gonna need to slice incoming falling rocks to get out of here. If I make a move they will begin to fall so get ready!" Yoriichi quickly jumped and used his form. The ceiling began to crack as it started falling. Michikatsu uses his moon breathing form to slice it in half.

They continued to slice until they finally found an opening.

"Finally out.. huh..? this is.. a city.." Yoriichi spoke. The twins heard a loud  thud nearby and it was Muzan. He.. he got Mitsuri, Giyuu, Sanemi, Obanai and Gyomei. "Yoriichi.. Gyomei.. he lost a leg!" Michikatsu was able to see from afar. "Giyuu lost an arm too. We must hurry up Michikatsu we can't afford to lose anyone else." Yoriichi spoke while running.

The one who was standing up on Muzan was Muichiro and Tanjiro. Genya could not shoot Muzan since Muzan continues to use his whips to slice everything in half. Tanjiro ended up tripping while Muichiro got dizzy because of his loss of arm. This gave Muzan the chance to finish them off until Michikatsu and Yoriichi quickly arrived to cut off all the incoming attacks.

"You..traitor! you dare to side with that monster?!" Muzan yelled at Michikatsu. "You clearly manipulated me to do your bidding. And I'm here to repay all my wrongdoings by killing you." Michikatsu grew really tired of being treated like a puppet. "I gave you everything! I gave you power! I freed you from the demon slayer curse! we wiped out the sun breathing users together yet you turn against me?!" Muzan yelled. Muzan did not bother to question how Yoriichi and Michikatsu are back as humans.

"And I changed my mind. You turned me into a monster who ended up hurting someone I sworn to protect since childhood. I even almost killed my descendant." Michikatsu was in so much anger that he held the sword tighly.. very tighly that he put his will and power onto the sword that it turned bright red. Yoriichi made his sword bright red as well since it was easier for him.

"This gonna sting Muzan. This time.. we won't let you flee like centuries ago." Yoriichi quickly informed Michikatsu to use the transparent world to hit Muzan's weakpoints, the hearts and brains.

Muichiro and Tanjiro were just watching. But they still readied themselves just in case but.. they couldn't keep up with Yoriichi and Michikatsu's speed.. they were able to hold off Muzan!

Yoriichi grabbed one of Muzan's stretched arm to stop him. Muzan was going to use another to slice Yoriichi which however gave Michikatsu an opening to cut down the wires on Muzan's back. The red blade delays Muzan's regeneration and it causes his body to stiffen as well.

Muzan knew he is done for and tried to use his strongest attack that managed to kill off 5 pillars at once. As he used it. He missed. Michikatsu and Yoriichi are the strongest known slayers and now that they are fighting alongside with each other. Muzan is really hella done for. 

But he still put up a fight.

"Caw! Fourty minute before dawn!" The crow alerted everyone and it also shocked Muzan. 

Muzan then did not hesitate to flee at full speed. He will not risk it putting himself in danger in a situation like this. His only motive is to stay alive.

Muzan trampled on the dead corpses and it ticked off Tanjiro. he used the swords of the deceased slayers to stab Muzan with them. Muzan was in so much anger he did not realize Obanai managed to stab him at the back of his throat.

Tanjiro still followed Muzan and continued to perform more sun breathing forms. He managed to connect all twelve of them and must repeat until dawn.

Muzan was about to use all his powers to stun the pillars and slice them up. Sanemi and Obanai happened to just wake up and they were a bother but unfortunately they've been thrown away but luckily Michikatsu and Yoriichi carried them to safety.

Muzan tried to split himself apart just like he did centuries ago during his encounter with Yoriichi.

"no you won't! I can't let you escape Muzan!" Yoriichi yelled. But suddenly, Muzan vomited blood. It was Tamayo's medicine taking effect. Tamayo explained to Yoriichi that one of them destroys Muzan's cells which prevents him from splitting apart.

Muzan was in so much anger. "Just stop persisting you obssesed freaks!" Muzan used all his eight whips and arms to slice everything at once.

Yoriichi and Michikatsu got in the way to protect Tanjiro and Kanao.

Zenitsu quickly used his godlike speed to push Muzan to the corner. Inosuke and Kanao continued the same plan to make themselves invisible by using Yushiro's 'eyes'.

The twins continued to corner Muzan and slice off most of his wires. Their blade is still bright red. After awhile Yoriichi finally figured it out and signaled Michikatsu. Michikatsu nodded and blinked at Genya who is at the top aiming with his nichirin shotgun, signaling him that he can shoot Muzan from above since he is not shielding himself from anything that coming from above. 

Genya pulled the trigger and thanks to him. This stunned Muzan. This allowed the twins to finally work together and do one final blow once and for all.

"Sun breathing!"

"Moon breathing!"

The twins sliced Muzan's head, limbs and body off at the same time. Creating an eclipse effect. Muzan's body began to crumble.. which means.. it over.. Muzan Kibutsuji is finally defeated.

"They did it.." the new Ubuyashiki leader, Kiriya who took over after his father, Kagaya's death. He fainted in exhaustion as he can rest peacefully.

The biggest threat of humanity is fianlly defeated. Michikatsu ended up collapsing in exhaustion too and Yoriichi quickly grabbed him. All the slayers and kakushis started to cheer in tears to finally defeat Muzan.

Gyomei said his last words. He lost so much blood and will soon die, as he slowly closes his eyes and finally meet the children he was taking care of and failed to protect in the afterlife. Mitsuri lost both arms and she will soon die of blood loss. Same thing with Obanai, the serpent hashira.. that scratch on the face cuasing him to go blind is just nasty. He too will die of blood loss. "Waaaa..! Obanai! I love you! if we ever get reincarnated. Will you marry me?" Mitsuri cried in tears. "Of course.. and I will protect you no matter what." Obanai replied as they slowly die in each other's arms finally finding peace.

Giyuu and Sanemi are the only pillars who survived this incredible intense battle.
