Our Secret

part 15-monday-

Yesterday; or last night, when we came back home I fell a sleep in the car. I don't remember waking up but somehow I now was laying in Vic's bed with her fast asleep besides me.

Did she carry me from the car?

Another thing that I noticed was the hoodie I had on. I still was wearing the dress from the party but on top of that I had a simple black hoodie.

I carefully got up and walked to the bathroom. To my surprise I didn't have any make up on from yesterday.

So she carried me back inside, wiped my make up off and put her hoodie on me knowing how easily I get cold?

When I walked back to the room I noticed Vic already woken up. "I'm so sorry if I woke you up", I apologized but she just shook her head.

"You didn't, don't worry".

I felt blush creep on my face. Her voice.

To set the scene I was standing at the  bathroom door, looking at Vic who was now sitting on the bed wearing a tanktop, the same silver chain from lastnight. Her hair slightly messy and her voice, the now very obivious rasp that I didn't know to be there.

"You alright princess?"

The nickname.

She had to know what she was doing. She had to know.

"Yea?" I tried my best to sound like I didn't know why she was asking.

I walked over to the bed and sat down on my side. I reached for my phone to check the time as I felt her move to sit next to me on the edge.

"You really don't have a sleep schedule", I said to her trying to hide how flustered I was as she gently grapped my hand to see the time from my phone that I was holding.

"Two fifty pm, I'd say that's early".

"See that's what I mean!"

She laughed at me. "I guess you're right miss 'I wake up at seven every morning'".

"HEY".

She chuckled before she got up and walked to the bathroom. As I waited for her I decided to go to the balcony. The cold air hit my bare legs as I opened the door and stepped outside.

The whole yard was covered in fog and the only thing I gould make out was the treeline at the far back.

"Don't get yourself sick there", I heard Vic say. As I turned to look I noticed her leaning to the doorway with her eyes already on me.

I turned to look back at the yard before I moved towards the doorway. Vic took a step back so I could get past her.

After we ate some breakfast; or lunch, we decided to go for a walk. I ran upstairs to change my clothes so I wouldn't freeze and I brought a sweater for Vic like she had asked.

We walked around the neighborhood before we ended up following a trail to a forest. At the end of the rail was a beautiful lake surrounded by tall rock walls and trees. We sat at the lake for some time talking about everything that came to mind. We talked about school and what we would do after.

Vic hoped that her band would grow so big that they could start to tour around the world someday. I didn't know what I wanted to do but I told her about my dream which was to move to the countryside and live simple life with someone I loved.

Once we started to get hungry we decided to go back to Vic's place. We ate some leftovers again as we couldn't be bothered to cook anything.

We agreed to watch a horror movie as it was getting close to Halloween. Vic got us some snacks and we sat down on the couch.
