Chap. 48 Nightmare? No Clingymare

You yawned as you woke up, to a bunch of feathers as you heard the bed creak and annoyed groan coming from someone, but you couldn't see because of the wings. "Y/nnnnnn put the wings awayyyyy where are youuuuu...." Nightmare said as you heard the sickness in his voice worsen from before. "Don't worry I'm right here." you said as you turned over to see a half asleep and half-awake Nightmare, His face looked funny as you giggled a bit making him seem confused.

"What?" he said as she coughed some more. "Its just that theres um...." you tried to make an excuse, but Nightmare just groaned some more as you could see sweat on his forehead before he buried himself into a pillow. "Oh dear....you seem to be getting even more sick...I think I should ask Azure if he has finsihed making that potion yet?" you said as you felt a tendril wrap around your waist. "It *cough* took the last bit of.....energy to make me do that.....and no....your stay *cough* Staying..." He said as you sighed. The tendril that would be wrapped around you would usually be tighter, but this time it felt lose,

'I wonder if its squishy?' You thought as you gently poked it and man was it soft...it felt like a nice cool pillow. You sighed as you lied back down slowly, since you didn't want to break any of your wings..."I wonder How they got summoned?" you thought as you decided to move but you heard a loud gasp followed by a thud and a groan of annoyance you quickly looked to see Nightmare...on the floor limp less. "Oh no I'm so sorry!" you said as you gently picked him up. "no....." he said as you felt him tug on your shirt, "You.....did that on purpose..." you saw him inch close to your face as he was shaking a bit. Suddenly you remembered something. 'wait a minute I could just heal him in this form! its said that Angels can heal with the power of kisses and touching.

"You sat down on the bed as you carried Nightmare bridal style making him nervous. "w-what are?" before he could finish you cupped his face making him flush even more cyan as you seemed confused. "Wait....I think its working I....can feel the heat!" you said as Nightmare tried to pull away but couldn't since he was to tired and weak to do so. "Or...maybe that's just your fever..." You said as Nightmare was looking away from you. "let go..." you let go of him as he scooted away from you and wrapped a blanket around himself. "W-what are you truing to accomplish *cough*?" he said as you sighed.

"Well I read somewhere that a Star Angel can heal just by touching things....or kissing..." you said the last part with a blush as he looked away from you. "But I don't think I did that long enough to actually try and heal ya buddy." You said as he glared at you. "no......and that's final..." Nightmare said as you sighed. "fine!...since I'm not needed anymore I'll just leave.." you said a bit annoyed as you got up and fluffed up your wings making him gasp. "w-wait don't *cough* leave I need your *cough* aura....and fine I'll let you heal me..*cough*" he said as you went back to the bed. "Really?" you said returning to your calm self as he nodded his head.

"okay...well lets start out with the healing process." you said as he rolled his eye light and got out from the blanket he wrapped himself with. "hmm...let me try this.." you said as you scooped up his hand making him glare at you. You tried various parts such as touching his forehead again, his face, his arms, holding his hand, placing your hand on his chest, you even went as far as giving him a hug. "Aww how come none of these are working..." you said as you grabbed the book and read through it again as Nightmare was now a blushing mess.

"H-How about w-we *cough* wait for Azure to make the *cough* cure..." he said as you swatted your hands at him. "Wait!.....I haven't tried the last part.." you said as you felt your face heat up a bit and he seemed confused until he suddenly remembered. "Uhhh.....here let me just..." you said as you took his hand and gave it a kiss. he flinched as you seemed confused...."hmmm maybe its two hands not one?" you said as you held both of Nightmares hand...

."Maybe more than one kiss?" you said as you started to give Nightmares hand some pecks. "S-stopp!" he said pulling his hand away as you were still trying to fins the answer onto how to heal. "hmm.....maybe if the kiss last longer...Nightmare let me try again." you said as he shook his head no. "nope....now how about we *cough* go to-" he was cut off with you kissing him on the forehead. "hmmm maybe I should give more pecks....and then I'll try doing it longer..." you said as you did that Nightmare was just frozen as he had no eye lights in his eye socket...

"hmm....oh! I know! Let me try kissing on the cheek." you said as you did so. Nightmare was just screaming on the inside as you were now giving him kisses on the neck some long and some short..."Alright...I'll have to see under your shirt if you don't...-" he quickly moved out of the way as he was about to fall off the bed but you caught him just in time making his eye socket widen, as he looked at you....You had an idea as you pulled him slowly but closer to you..."No...don't you dare-" before he could finish you gave him a kiss on the lips making his soul skyrocket out of his chest,

and his face Flush extremely cyan, as you began to give him pecks on the lips you moved away and gasped. "Darnit! it didn't work....oh well...I'm sorry Nightmare...I really did try..." you said as you looked back and he was just extremely flustered making you worried. "hmm...well....maybe saying nice things can help you....here here! let me read some quotes...ahem.." you cleared your throat as Nightmare just slumped down on the bed.

"Well well my prince~....you are looking quite handsome~" you said as he just wanted to punch you in the face. "It says to say it like this...so that the magic can get stronger...do you feel any better?" Nightmare had his face in the pillow as you saw one of his tendrils wagging like crazy as you giggled a bit. "Aww......well I guess it is time to get some sleep now is it.." you said with a yawn as you scooted close to Nightmare and he didn't really do anything..."Good Night.....again Nightmare." you said as his face was out of the pillow and you just gave him a kiss on the cheek making him flush again.

"W-why did you *cough* do that?" he said as you giggled a bit. "Well just wanted to see if it would work again." you said as he looked away from you and you scooted close to him and nuzzled into him chest. "Y-You know....you just kissed me r-right..." he said as you nodded your head..."yeah I kissed you....but I was healing you...and....wait..." Realization hit you....you were so focused on trying to use your healing powers on Nightmare...you didn't realized that you kissed almost every part of his body....You felt yourself flush deep as you buried yourself into Nightmares chest as he chuckled slowly...

"You're so dumb human.....can't believe you just realized what you did...." Nightmare said as he couldn't help but love...and when Nightmare meant loved....he meant LOVED...when you gave him kisses around his body especially that final kiss on the lips...he loved when you gently touched him...and just in general how gentle of a person you were..."Good night.....Moonlight..." he said as he held you in his arms.
