I was reading a book before Wednesday approached me, it was the day before the dance
She went to open her mouth but before edge could speak I quickly stop her
"If you are planning to try and convince me to go to the dance with you, then you mind as well give up."
I looked at her without moving my head up from my reading position
The black haired girl responded,
"You, y/n l/n, are chaotic, goofy, confusing, which of all things I hate. Yet, I grown to like you."
I look up from my book finally and tilted my head confused
'Huh'
I respond unsure,
"And? Was that suppose to make me go to the dance with you? It didn't work. That apology was the worst and now I'm starting to question things."
She lets out a little sigh then continues,
"I'm sorry, y/n, truly. And I wasn't telling the full truth when I said I liked you, I,"
The raven-haired girl looked down while fiddling with her sleeves
She continues, or tries to,
"I lo- lov, I like, Do you wanna get m-, I'd kil, I mean, I could see us dying together. Old, of course."
I felt my face heat up from being fluster at the unexpected words, I ain't gonna lie, I wanna go to the dance with her
I buried my face in my book and quickly replied with a answer
"Y-yea sames here my guy, accepted, okay, I forgive you we'll go together."
I buried my face even deeper into my book then last time
'Sames here my guy?'
I took a quick glance to see Wednesday a little red as well then usual, I take a deep breath
"Wednesday, I see you in that way too, that's why I was upset. I thought you only saw my love as a game."
I looked down but the girl replied immediately
"It wasn't like that at all. It's because I love you that I had to ask you before Xavier."
I felt my face turning red again along with her face doing the same thing
'Love'
She continued,
"I- I mean, you know what I mean."
I put my book down without saving its spot and got up from my chair, I open my arms to see if she wanted a hug
She hesitated for a moment before wrapping her arms around me, I smiled and hugged her back
