Felt so surreal

Time: the day after "cuddles"

I slowly opened my eyes.

Looking around, I saw I was in my bed, alone.

I sighed, before laying back down.

Dreams of Reshes coming back, starting a relationship with her, have been haunting me for a while now, but this one felt so real, almost too real.

'Woof', I heard from behind the door.

Then it creaked open, but my back was facing the door, so I didn't know who was it.

'Babe?'

I didn't have to look back to know it was Reshes' voice calling me.

'Are you awake? I made breakfast'

'Woof'

'You think he's still sleeping, dachsbun?'

'Woof?'

I slowly sat up to look at her, to be greeted by her warm smile.

'Good morning sleepyhead', she said.

I got out of bed, wearing only some shorts.

Normally I would be super shy about being shirtless, even though I have gained some muscles.

Gently I pulled her into my embrace.

'Good morning babe', I mumbled, burying my face into her shoulder.

After she was over the shock of the sudden hug, she wrapped her arms around me.

We stayed like this for some time, before I went back a bit to face her, and give her a kiss.

'Woof'

We looked down at dachsbun, to see her tail wag so much that her butt was shaking with it.

'Woof!'

'Yeah, yeah, I'll go give you some food', I said, walking to the kitchen.

But a smile was stuck on my face, knowing Reshes was actually my girlfriend now.
