Tanjiro Pov.

Me and Giyu left the inn at dawn and arrived at Koatako village just before sundown. Koatako village lies at the base of a mountain. This mountain is known for its hot springs that lie at the very top. All the demons slayers for this mission were summoned to meet at a resort next to the hot springs.

We were greeted at the beginning of the path up the mountain by an older woman.

"Hello, thank you for coming to Koatako hot spring resort. I am here to guide you up the mountain." She bowed and then she led up the path on the mountain. "We have more guests up in the resort, about 4 if I remember correctly."

"That sounds about right." Giyu and the woman started talking, but I was thinking about what I should do.

'Me and Giyu spent a week together, but that doesn't mean that we are in a relationship. I've slept in the same bed as him for a week, but while we're here I don't think we can sleep together. Maybe he doesn't even want to. I hate that Shinobu's going to be here, she's going to be with Giyu.'

The woman stopped infront of a building that must be the resort.

"Our guests are gathered in the main room, which is behind that door. I will take my leave." She bowed and walked inside the resort, but through another door.

"I guess we have to go see everyone now." I turned to Giyu and smiled.

"Yeah Tanjiro, you ready?" I nodded, but I didn't want to go in. I won't be able to spend a lot of time with him anymore.

'He's going to be distracted... by her...' I tried to hide the anger I was feeling. But how could I? She's to close to him.

"It won't be that bad. You'll get to talk to those friends of yours." He hugged me from behind, I've learned that he likes doing that. "You wanted that, didn't you?" I felt his breath so close to my neck, it sent shivers down my spine.

"I did... But only them." I think he understood what I meant. He placed gentle kisses on my neck before he turned me around.

"It'll be fine. This mission will be over in a couple days max. And after we can spend more time together, okay?" He kissed me on my forehead.

'Why's he so good at making me feel better?' I felt a blush rise to my cheeks.

"Yeah. It'll probably be over soon. But I'll miss being with you." I felt him grab my hand softly.

"I will too. We should go on in." We walked over to the door. Right before we walked in our hands separated.

3rd Pov.

"TANJIRO! I almost thought you weren't coming!" Zenitsu ran up to him and hugged him tightly. "I was so scared I'd have to fight alone!"

"I was just running a little late." Tanjiro followed Zenitsu to where Inosuke was. He was sitting on a couch with his feet resting on a table.

"Inosuke! That's disrespectful, get your feet off of the table." Tanjiro started swatting his feet off and they all started talking. They talked about what they'd done in the past week and what this mission is.

Meanwhile Giyu sat on a chair on the other side of the room. He made no effort to sit near Tanjiro's friends. Although he was having a change of heart, which he didn't expect.

After seeing how much Tanjiro values having them around, Giyu was leaning off the idea of completely getting rid of them. Now he was thinking maybe just getting them a little less touchy with each other. He saw how much Tanjiro wanted to see them, and realized that killing them would only hurt his omega.
