Sophie POV:

Oh, hi.

Welcome back to my life. Not much has changed really. Dad and Brad are closer than ever. It gets a little weird at times but at least they aren't fighting. They split everything equally. You know, how much time we spend at each other's house, their dad responsiblities. It gets a little annoying cause we always leave stuff at one of their houses that we need when at the others. But other than that, I love it.

Right now, it's Megan and Dylans christmas show. We (me, Megan, Dylan, Griffy, Brad and Mom) are walking down the school hall when we see dad, Karen and Adrianna. Megan and Dylan run to them.

"Hey! Hey, guys." Dad says giving them both a hug.

"Wow, look how sexy Karen looks. Leather pants and side boob. That's perfect for a school function." Mom says looking at Karen. She get's like that a lot. I can't tell if she hates Karen or is jealous of her.

"Mom, don't. She can dress how she wants." I say to her. "Positive attitude mom."

"I know, you're right. Right." She says before she puts on a smile as we reach the other. "Hey." We all say together. I hug dad and as he lets me go, he looks at my outfit.

"Don't you think your skirt is a little short there hun?" He says trying to pull it down

"Don't you think your skirt is a little short there hun?" He says trying to pull it down.

"Dad stop." I say pushing his hands off. He turns his attention to my sweater that is showing the smallest bit of stomach and tries to pull that down aswell. "Mom help. Dad's trying to rip my clothes." I beg for her help.

"That is as long as that skirt goes. Brad and I have already tried it. It's fine." Mom says to him.

"No, its not." Dad says. He finally lets go of me and starts to take his jacket off. He puts it over my shoulders while I just stare at him. "Put it on. Keep it on." He orders. Huffing, I put my arms through the sleeves of the jacket. It is huge on me.

"Happy now?" I say to him with a sarcastic smile. We all start walking down the hall when I notice Megan rolling her shirt up. "What are you doing?" I ask her.

"I want my shirt like yours and Adrianna's." She says stopping. "Are you gonna tell mommy and daddy?" She looks up at me with puppy dog eyes. Damn it. I knew I shouldn't of taught her how to do that. Ah screw it. Mom and dad have annoyed me moaning at my clothes. I crouch down infront of her and tie her shirt a little above her skirt. Not too far cause she is still too young but enough so it will for sure shock our parents.

"There you go. And whats the rule when I help you do this sort of stuff?" I question her.

"Don't tell them you helped me otherwise you won't help me again." She says smiling. We high five before rushing to catch up with our family. She goes backstage while I sit with the rest of the family. After a few minutes, the principle comes onto stage making Brad put all his attention onto her.

"Welcome to the One Horse Open Sing! Before we get started, notice we have several professional video and still photographers to cover all your kids for free. So you can all put your phones in your pockets, relax, and just be in the moment." As she finishes her little speech, basically all the parents pull out their phones and ipads and ignore what she said about the free videos. "You don't care." She sighs before walking off the stage.

The curtain goes up and all the kids start singing. I look for Dylan and Megan. I give them each a thumbs up and notice that my mom is signalling Megan to pull her shirt down. I have to hold back my laugh.

Later in the show, the kids are saying what christmas means to them and it's Megans turn. She goes onto the stage and we all take our phones out to take pictures and videos.

"My name is Megan Mayron, and I like Christmas presents a lot." She starts causing everyone to chuckle. "But I don't really like Christmas. My daddy was at my first Christmases, but I don't remember those ones. Then we had some with no daddy at all. Then Brad came, but he was always trying way too hard and making everyone feel uncomfortable. On our first christmas with Brad, my big sister Soph threw a turkey leg at him when he called us a family. That was funny. Then Daddy came back, and Brad did a pretend Christmas to show Daddy that Brad was better than him. So now we have to go to different houses to have different Christmases. Me and my brother and my sister wish we were like other families and we had normal Christmases. But we still like our Christmas presents. I want to be very clear about that. Thank you very much." She walks off stage as we all feel awkward. Everyone else in the crowd as the our parents look at each other and then at me. Great. I can already sense the uncomfortable conversation we are gonna have later.

"Enjoy paying for therapy, boys!" Jerry from the dance shouts to us. I turn to face him before any of my family could respond.

"Shut your mouth Jerry before I come up and shut it for you." I semi-yell at him.

"Yep. Sure." He says scared.
