We have all settled into the house quite nicely. I have my own room which is awesome cause I could not handle sharing with one of the kids. I mean, I love them but I need my space. We are all relaxing in the lounge area where there is a coupe of sofa's, a pool table, a football table and an old fashioned stereo thing. I'm sat speaking with Grandpa Kurt with Rocko getting cuddles from him. Dylan walks to the stereo and turns a song on but it was at full volume. We all cover our ears and Rocko starts howling.

"It's too loud, Dylan!" Megan yells at him over the music.

"Turn it down dude!" I yell at him.

"I don't know how!" He yells back at us.

"Hey, hey, hey, turn that down! Griffy's asleep." Brad says walking into the room and turning the music down. It's only then that I noticed he is wearing one of Mom's robes which is extremely disturbing. I'm gonna have to bleach my eyes now.

"Why are you dressed like a woman, Brad?" Dad asks him.

"I can't find my stuff." Brad complains.

"So you chose Mom's stuff to borrow? Despite there being three other guys here?" I question him still greatly disturbed.

"I was gonna ask after my shower. Are you sure you got my bag to fit in the car?" Brad asks dad.

"Yeah, of course. It fit perfect." Dad says. See, I know my dad. That means I can tell when he is lying which he definitely is. A new song comes on the radio. "Look, can we skip this one? I can't stand this song." He moans.

"Skip it. Skip it, guys." Mom says going over to the stereo.

"Oh, no, no, no! No, Sara. This is a great song." Don says stopping her.

"This is my real dad's favorite Christmas song." Adrianna says from the other couch.

"Yeah, well, I'm glad it makes him happy. You think I don't want to like this song? Of course I want to, it's a super uplifting song. But he ruined it for me." Dad says pointing at Grandpa Kurt, who looks up confused.

"What are you talking about?" He questions dad.

"All right, so I'm 12 years old, and I join the Glee Club." Dad says causing me to chuckle a bit.

"Glee Club. Really dad?" I ask him still chuckling.

"All my buddies in the neighborhood, they gave me crap over it, but I don't care, because for the holiday pageant we're doing Do They Know It's Christmas?, and I was determined to land that Bono part. So my buddy Derrick Lindmeyer is laying into the Sting part, when out in the audience, what do I see? My dad giving Scotty Kimball's mom a foot rub, not even paying attention! I totally missed the Bono part, and everybody made fun of me.

"I got no recollection of that." Grandpa Kurt say non-nonchalantly.

"Yeah, well, I do, all right? And I got a lot of other stories just like it. Science Fair, you left with Brian Higby's mom. Little League regionals, you left with Mark Fitzgerald's mom and his aunt!" Dad semi yells at Grandpa Kurt.

"Oh, yeah, now that I remember. Yeah, yeah. That went into extra innings. Know what I mean, kid?" Grandpa Kurt laughs looking at me. I pull a disgusted face at him.

"Unfortunately." I say to him. Dad storms off with Brad running after him. Fun, the first fight of the vacation is over with.

For the rest of the day we just did a couple of other things. We went tubing which was fun. Brad almost killed Griffy by accidentally letting him go down the slope on his own but then he slid into the hut and his pants fell down so that kinda made up for it. We then went to the mall where Grandpa Kurt tried to buy Dylan a gun which Brad stopped.
