9.| we dont quit.

"sounds like y'all had fun last night" vic grinned from the couch as billie and i walked downstairs hand in hand.

"shut up." i chuckled and went to sit next to her. "holy shit! that thing is massive" vic moved a strand of my hair revealing a big ass hickey on my neck. billies eyes widened and we all started to laugh.

"shit i'm sorry" she giggled and i pulled my hair back to my shoulders. "i have to start getting ready, i have a fitting today for vogue" i sighed and went back upstairs.

a few minutes later billie came in while i was sitting at my vanity doing my makeup. "i don't want to do this" i groaned and slammed my foundation down.

"what's wrong lei?" billie came up behind me and placed her hands on my shoulders slightly rubbing them. "i don't know" i shrugged and turned around to face her. "i just don't have the motivation for modeling anymore" i sighed and turned back to my makeup. i looked in the mirror and billie was looking at me with sad eyes.

"but baby... modeling is your dream" she sighed and turned me back around to face her. "cmon" she grabbed my arms and pulled me to the bed. she sat first then pulled me on top of her, having me in a straddling position. i looked down into her eyes and she frowned. "what's really going on lei?" she looked me in my eyes with confusion.

i just shook my head and looked away. "alaia" she whispered grabbed my chin and turning my face back towards her. "i don't know billie, it just doesn't excite me anymore" i got off of her and went to my closet trying to find an outfit.

"want me to come with you?" she asked from the bed. "please!" i turned around and smiled.

when we pulled up to the building billie put on her black beanie and shades and walked in beside me. "my dressing room is back here, come on" i pulled her arm along to the back of the building.

"they should be in here soon to call me out so just keep your things on." i said as we sat on the couch.

around 5 minutes later some tall lady came in. "alaia rose?" she asked with a clipboard in her hand. "that's me" i smiled and got up. "i'll see you soon b" i smiled and walked out with the lady.

she brought me to a rack of clothes with a bunch of cute sets. "pick three of them and call me over when your done so we can take pictures for the magazines" she smiled and walked away.

i called billie to help me because her style is just superior.
"hey what's up?"
"i need your help, i don't know what outfits to pick" i let out a laugh and turned my camera towards the rack.
"wait wait wait that one!" she said excitedly while i had stopped on a a black silky dress.

once we finally finished the pictures billie and i left through the back door and decided to go out to eat. "where do you want to go?" billie asked me while keep her eyes ahead on the road.

"that's up to you, i'm not the vegan" i laughed and she turned towards me, rolling her eyes. "okay maybe Cafe Gratitude. i've been there a few times" she said putting it into the gps.

"don't be mad at me, but when you were taking your pictures i peeked around the corner and i gotta say, you looked hot as fuck" she smirked

"billie. what if someone saw you" i looked up at her and shook my head. "don't worry, i was cautious" she laughed and i just rolled my eyes.

i fiddled with my necklace on the way there and kept catching billie looking at me. "where'd you get that?" she questioned. "my nana gave it to me when i was like five" i said without looking at billie. "that's cute" she smiled while taking one hand off the wheel and placing it onto my thigh.

once we got to the restaurant, we asked to sit in their private section and they brought us upstairs to a corner table.

"can i tell you something?" i looked up at billie, who was reading through the menu. "mhm she hummed. "you know you were my first time" i said and she moved the menu down to look at me while furrowing her eyebrows. "with a girl? yes i know that" she chuckled and i stayed silent, just looking at her. "wait, like your first first time. you've never had sex before that?!" she whisper yelled.

i nodded and she frowned "baby you should've told me, i would've gone easier on you. or atleast made sure you were okay" she shook her head and smiled.

billie dropped me off at my house then went back to hers. i went inside to find vic and rae on the couch and sav, jules and bri sitting in the kitchen.

"hey guys" i smiled sitting down beside vic. "hey pretty! how was the shoot?" rae looked at me with a smile. "it was good" i shrugged, putting my feet up on the table.

"lei come here" vic said getting up and heading upstairs to my room, i got up and followed her. we sat on my bed and i looked at her with confusion. "what's up vic?" i laid back onto my pillow. "do you trust her lei?" vic squinted her eyes.

"what do you mean? of course i trust her" i furrowed my eyebrows at vic because what?

"i just wanted to make sure, i don't want her hurting you again lei. so please don't put all your eggs in one basket yet" she frowned and left my room.

see cause now she has me overthinking shit. ugh!

i went back downstairs and sat on the next to rae who was watching a movie. "what's this?" i asked grabbing a throw blanket from behind me. "uhm i think it's ten things i hate about you, i don't know jules put it on" she laughed.

we all sat and watched the movie for awhile until one of the girls phone rang. bri looked down at hers and put it up to her ear. "hey dad? what's up?" she asked in a confused tone. jules and sav moved closer to her and told her to put the phone on speaker.

did i forget to mention they're sisters? maybe;).

"hey girls, your moms in the hospital and she's not doing to well so can you guys please get on the quickest flight home, bring everything you'll be staying for a while" i heard their dad say in a quiet tone.

i looked over at sav who's the youngest of them all, she's about 16 while jules is 18 and bri is 21. we've been close with them for years, basically since bri and i were 5.

sav had tears in her eyes and ran up to her room. i quickly got up to follow her, she's like my baby sister i can't just let her cry on her own.

i walked up to her door that was cracked open and gave it a slight knock before walking in. she was sitting on the floor in the corner with her knees brought to her chest and her head laying against them. i heard a few sobs before rushing over to her.

"hey hey hey, come here" i whispered and pulled her into my chest, slowly running my fingers through her hair.

"alright i love you guys" i said wiping my tears and hugging all three of the girls, call me and update me everyday please" i pulled away and kissed sav on the forehead. "i love you pump" i whispered into her ear before they walked outside.
